Had a loss of power on my Scirocco R and took my car to 2 other 'euro specialists', paid diagnostic fees and then been told by both that 'the car is running perfect'. Brought it to the team at PAW during my service and they found a vacuum leak due to 2 pipes being cracked. They sorted the car out and it drives like an absolute dream now. This is the ONLY place in the north-west to take your euro car to. Highly recommend the team here.

Amazing guys, love going there just to be surrounded by the amazing calibre of cars that are always being worked on there. The fact alone that you are always surrounded by Marques such as Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, AMG, Aston Martin etc speaks to their prowess as mechanics as people who have spent so much money on buying a dream car tend to be extremely picky.

Raz and the team really make you feel welcomed from the second you get there and put you at an immediate ease about the welfare of your beloved motor vehicle. Not only is the premises modern and stunning in terms of design, it is clear that Raz has invested heavily in the latest technology like their state of the art dyno and diagnostic equipment and has to constantly do so to keep up with ever changing tech.

They truly are track specialists as only seconds after speaking to Raz about what issues I was having with my AMG, he showed great experience and knowledge in his measured responses. Little did he know he was speaking to someone with a First Class Honours in Automotive Engineering from RMIT. He seemed more knowledgeable than some of the professors we learnt from on our 4 year degree course.

Even with all this amazing tech, he still manages to keep prices affordable to keep everyone happy as he clearly has a passion for the Automotive and is born to do what he does.

Had the PAW team recently perform a full exterior / interior overhaul on my brand-new Tesla Model 3 Performance and am over the moon. I had also previously built several other new cars, i.e. BMW M3, GOLF R, T-Roc R, etc.and would state that Raz and his team are absolutely fantastic in all their doings as I rate them to be the best there is in town - Thanks PAW team!

I went to Prestige Auto works to lower by X5MC after talking to some other shops. From the moment I walked in there James was super helpful and knowledgeable, even showing me another X5MC they had lowered and gave me all the right information. When I picked up my car I was super happy it was exactly what I wanted. If you have work to be done on a prestige car make sure you look up Raz and James these guys are awesome.

Just picked up my glc 63amg s delt with James couldn't be more happier with how easy it was to communicate with him such a nice guy and get things done love my stage 2 package these guys are unrealy they realy look after you and want the best for you and your car. Will definitely be going back there and recommending all of my friends to aswell.

I went back to get tyres on my vw & I thought I'd have to catch public transport home, but I was kindly offered a lift home by one of they're friendly employees. I can't recommend this business enough. So helpful & friendly.

The service is good, but, please don’t forget to plug back the dash-cam you took off before service, which I don’t understand why you took it off in the first place. Makes me think that you might be doing something sneaky.

Got my service done for my Merc and these guys were better than the dealership. They kept me up to date the whole process. Ill be back for some performance tuning in the new year.

Rip off, wanted to charge me $1600 for a rocket cover replacement on my BMW. Said he rang around for second hand parts when I dropped my car off in the morning, but didn't. I asked for him to send my a photo of my car problem to me after I dropped it off so I could ring around myself. He said he would send me the pic and didn't. Was told this was a 4hr job. I got the job done elsewhere for $440 and it took them 90mins to do the job. You figure.they are charging covid rates. $180/hr for their mechanics, a Doctor doesnt even make that money per hr. FN disgusting, bunch of rabbits

I just took my BMW M2 to get a stage 2 tune at Prestige. The guys were incredibly knowledgeable and gave me the best advice on what modifications needed to be done to get the most out of my car. Absolutely loving it at the moment. I highly recommend taking your pride and joy to the lads at prestige!

My precious BMW 523i had let me down, again, so was left in the hands of Prestige to sort and rectify the gremlins. They replaced two cheap aftermarket sensors that I had used on the engine with proper quality items. Still has the same issue of not starting when hot so will take it to a dedicated BMW specialist.
