I highly recommend this clinic for both physio treatment and clinical pilates. Before starting pilates training a couple of years ago I was in pain and discomfort everyday, and I am now pain free and feeling great! The staff really take the time to get to know you and provide personal guidance. Every physio or instructor I've had at pilates has been great, but I particularly recommend Zoe and Tejus who are both fantastic teachers! Keep up the good work guys!

I'd highly recommend Daniel at nth fitzroy. He's very friendly and professional. He's sorted out various problems for me, whether it's with ligaments, tendons, muscular pain/tightness, he always knows just how to fix it!

I've been here to see osteos and physios and had great experiences. Their clinical pilates classes are great (though hidden away around the corner) and easy to book into. I would definitely recommend! A special shout out to the osteo Beth that has helped enormously with my chronic migraine!
