Reception staff are rude and lack custo er service - you feel like an inconvenience rather than the person who pays their salary!

Absolutely disgusted been a patient for over 10 years and Doctor too arrogant now to fulfill patients request!
They are meant to care about you!
Don't see or feel it!

Had an appointment today, reception staff were abrupt and rude, which for someone who suffers from anxiety really didn’t help the situation.
I then waited for 40 minutes, to be told my doctor wasn’t qualified to perform the service i needed. Won’t go again, and wouldn’t recommend this practice.

Tried to book my covid vaccination. Reception booked me the wrong date by 1 month, gave incorrect information. Staff had no empathy when I turned up. And in general the clinic looks very old and tired - didn't give me a good vibe and overall poor customer service.

Great GP, the whole team was friendly and helpful. They were v respectful of my pronouns too which is great.

I was turned away for my covid vax after filling in the consent form, due to not having medicare.i waited two weeks to get my vax.i called covid hotline and even had a chat with dr Rebecca at this clinic before i made the appointment for my vax shot.both covid hotline and dr Rebecca told me that i am eligible for it as i am a regular patient at this clinic.the bald head guy (didn't catch his name) at the reception who is always rude by the way, told me i could not get the vaccine because they are not getting paid for it.are you there to save lives or just money hungry?
here i am trying to do the right thing.i am so disappointed!

Best Medical Clinic in the Area. Having the best take care of my Health is Priceless. Nurse Andrea and Dr Andrew have always gone above and beyond to keep my health at its best and in check. Words can not explain the professionalism of them both. CRH

This place deserves 5 stars purely because they have Dr Hsin-hua.

He is by far the best doctor I have experienced, aside from being a great doctor, It is his warmth, caring demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills that set him apart from the rest.

I literally get worried he will relocate and I won’t know because he is irreplaceable.

For the longest time, our family was booking appointments with random GPs whenever something came up. We never felt impressed, at ease or with any particular desire to see the same doctor again. This was the case until we managed to book an appointment with the compassionate and caring Dr. Andrew Lang. He is very empathetic, he listens, he gives sound advice and he goes the extra mile. In my books, he is the absolute world-class doctor.

I have been going to this clinic for around 10 years, and each time I go, I always get grief from the Reception team, whom love to gossip about patients, who talks to themselves, who makes up stories, whos got hiv, However the GP is really lovely

Dr Hsin-Hua Liu IS THE WORLD'S BEST GP! If anyone says anything bad about him Karma will get you! He really is an amazing Doctor and most importantly a great human being! Thank you Dr Liu for all your compassionate help and wisdom over the years. I hope you are very appreciated at this practice. You can tell he is brilliant, he's always busy. Please don't burn out, we need you.:)

This has to be the best GP clinic I have been to in Melbourne, we are new to Melbourne. And struggled to find a great GP.
My specialist recommended Dr Beng, and find him to be one of the most kind and caring GPs around! Highly recommend this beautiful practice and the care to LGBT community and care with the current crisis the lengths they have gone to keep patients safe.

Highly recommend; and always appreciate not having to wait long! Always prompt and kind service!

As usual receptionist was mean and angry and as usual the Dr was nearly half an hour wait Left in disgust What a horrible loveless place Go Somewhere else.

I've been going to Prahran Market Clinic since moving to Melbourne from Sydney. The clinic was recommended to me for it's focus on sexual health particularly for the LGBTIQ community. I've always had a great experience here and have formed a trusting relationship with a regular GP over the past couple of years. Highly recommend.

Dr. Streaker TERRIBLE! Gives out scripts willy nilly without thorough work up on patient including their mental health issues

I love this surgery, everyone from receptionists, nurses, councillors & most importantly doctors are more than helpful, comforting & caring.
I wouldn't like to go to any other surgery!

I waited for 4 months for my phycologist but i still can't see one and they ask me to see another GP but I'm internatinal student, I need to pay more. And my GP leave the clinic now. I should book a GP again in order to see a phycologist bc I'm moving to Sydney. Waist my money and time.

Very Disappointed with the booking system at the clinic. I was unable to book the appointment online and went to the clinic personally to book on 27th of December. I reached at 10.00 am and was told the doctor would see me at 10.45. I went out for 2mins to complete an errand, returned back and was waiting in the waiting room for what seemed like an eternity.

Patients who came after me were seen in less than 2 mins of wait time. I went to the reception to check again at 11.15 am and was told since I left the clinic after making the booking I was not on the system.

This made me so angry that I was punished for leaving the clinic for 2 mins to have my appointment cancelled.

I’ve had a great experience with one of the other doctors. But my experience with Dr Tec I found to be racist. Some of the staff at reception are okay at times, but my previous experience a few days ago wasn’t the best I’ve had. The nurses and staff at Dorevitch at very friendly and well mannered.

No respect for privacy or adherence to doctor patient confidentiality. Very toxic gossip culture between doctors, psychologists and reception staff.
