Pros.they know about gay men's health and their doctors are friendly and comfortable talking about all elements of health.
Cons.you never get into an appointment on time. At least 15 minute wait, up to 45 minutes or more. You have to book weeks in advance which is fine for a routine appointment but if you need to see someone quick not great at all. It's expensive. For what is often a 5 minute prep appointment the cost is a bit much. Reception isn't very welcoming either.

Side note though, the pathology here is amazing. 5 stars for them.

Atrocious service and rude front desk staff. This clinic has been going downhill for years and I've finally had enough. They are revenue generating grubs and only care about dollars. Stay away

I love the PMC as the doctor there Ms V was very nice, friendly and helpful. She made me a lots of support by my questions and nervous. But their reception staffs are terrible, such as I book the appointment last Friday and their staff booked me on phone was this coming Wednesday and when I traveled PMC this morning, reception told me it was actually booked next week? I have not received any confirmation message nor any emails. And waste my morning come to the PMC then get some fake smiles and 'Sorry for inconvenience. ' Well I hope they could experience the same and learn how to empathy.

I’ve been with them for 10+ years now as I never found a better place︎ (is an FtM) even when I was homeless they (my awesome GP Dr. Sven Strecker and the nurses) helped me when they can and tended my injuries for free sometimes… when I had issues or was feed I called and they disputed it quickly as mistakes happen:)

Great clinic - Dr Lang has been my Doctor for 5 years and is genuinely the most caring Doctor out there

Clinic was fine but the reception staff are a nightmare. Was incredibly rude and made me feel very unsafe

For someone working in the health industry, these receptionists are the rudest ever! They act like they are gods and totally condescending. Treat your patients with care and respect. You guys are acting like you are not getting paid enough then find another job!

I usually see Dr Strecker who is lovely and caring but today I saw dr Verena who has a condescending tone. Most reviews here are directed at her so you can imagine! Avoid her at all costs.

Great medical staff, but TWO YEARS into a pandemic and still frustratingly impossible to book or manage appointments online.

Lovely staff and excellent doctors. My regular GP works here, but I have also seen other doctors and never had a bad experience. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I have been a patient of this clinic for over 6 years. I have mostly been a patient of Dr Mark Orielly, untl he recently left. Up until then I was seeing Conway Lee for over 2 years. Unfortunately, Dr Lee was involved in some medical malpractice which I don’t believe my own personal experience is relevant. I only wish I had the opportunity to thank him for saving my life. I was so mentally unwell, Conway prescribed me medication and helped with my diagnosis which really did save my life. I hope one day he sees it, and acknowledges for all the things he may of done wrong, he saved my life. I miss both him and Mark (and the lovely reception staff who have helped more than words can say) and will be forever grateful to them both for being amazing physicians and human beings. This clinic provides wonderful support for the LGBT community but has a huge lack of respect and communication with its patients. The reception staff have been consistently rude & belittling to me when they have lost scripts or are unable to articulate a process such as transferring blood results to another clinic. I only go to this clinic because of it's LGBT focus but if you enjoy being respected go somewhere else.

With the departure of the fantastic Dr Hsin-Hua Liu there is no reason to attend this clinic. I'll be very happy to find a different clinic; one with positive, welcoming and effective professional and support staff.

I must give Dr Thomas Dickson the highest recommendation.

As a gender diverse patient who was going through the first steps of their medical transition, I was met with empathy, kindness and professional guidance.

I felt like I was being heard, I was given choice and I was provided with referrals to other great professionals.

If you are looking for a doctor who cares about your journey as a trans person I would highly recommend Thomas.

I am normally bulk billed by my regular GP, however I had to see another GP (DR Verena) where she refused to bulk bill me when I asked to be due to hardship. Been going here for years, and the receptionist’s are always rude here.

I have been seeing Lindy (Physio) for a few years now! She is great at assessing your current issues, and treating them appropriately! Always feel better after a visit. I must try to maintain the simple but effective exercises she gives me! Also thanks to the Reception team, who are always very busy, but welcoming, especially over the past 2 years of Covid!

Great doctors but please upgrade the quality of service for the reception and pathology. Horrible and Terrible service which is so sad: (

Never ever let yourself or family or partners go to this clinic, the way reception staff speak to patients is an absolute disgrace, raising their voice into the phone, hanging up half way through, no compassion at all. Time to find new practice.

I highly recommend visiting another clinic. Doctor who "specialises in gender" couldn't care less about his patients, incredibly dismissive - cut appointment short because he was running half an hour late.

Reception staff could do with some reception training as well. Could hear them gossiping all the way down the waiting room.

Dr Hsin-Hua Liu is absolutely amazing and the only reason that I still come here, now he's leaving on December 2021.so will I!
