Outstanding customer service. I purchased a 14 pack of Bulletproof Instamix sachets, but when I got home I found only 8. The box had been opened and other customers had taken 6 out. I phoned the store the same day, and explained the situation. I was unable to go back to the store because I was just about to leave for an overseas flight. So the manager immediately solved the problem by asking one staff member to deliver the remaining sachets, plus 1 extra. Within 30 minutes, I had the remaining sachets!

When I discovered the missing sachets I was worried that the shop was going to say it was my bad luck for not checking the box. But instead they immediately fixed it. My worry turned to delight. You have a customer for life.:)

Great range, unfortunately i had some bad customer service from the woman working there. Havnt been back since.

On a recent visit to Prahran Health Foods, I received great customer service from Greg and Sam who recommended the right products for me and steered me away from spending money on products that would not have provided the expected benefits. Greg in particular provided great advice and guidance related to the particular health issue. It was great to see how this team genuinely cares about the customer and not about selling any products just for commercial gain. I would buy products from them again!

We have gone to this wonderful oasis of health for a long time. It is incredible to have such knowledgable and caring people at the helm, guiding you through your purchasing decisions at the counter. A recent visit ended with me getting adequate advice about a complex condition, where I was advised NOT to buy something, that I thought I needed. To have staff caring about their customers first and not about their wallets, and how much they can spend in store, is incredibly heartening. This will always be my go-to health store. Shout out to Greg! What a legend! He's got a special gift and you'd be incredibly lucky to catch him on a day he works in-store.

Disappointing visit today - passive aggressive sales assistant who did me a favour when she served me. Great range of products but that's where it ends. Other stores with great ranges available - won't be back.

Was having a great morning and in a happy mood when I called to enquire whether a specific item was in stock. Spoke to a sales assistant named Geraldine who was abrupt, incredibly unfriendly and asked why I was not purchasing the item directly from the maker rather than from Prahran Health Foods (even though PHF are listed as a stockist). Very disappointed / will shop elsewhere.

Very helpful staff! I called urgently looking for specific products, not only did they hunt it down, but they have shipped the products to me aswell saving me the long drive.

I love this place! They have a great infrared sauna - its super relaxing and a great way to relax after a long day. Simi the owner is really friendly and accommodating. Definitely one of my healthy go to places in prahran!
