Very kind and helpful staff. Particularly Ash, who has been very kindly been answering my questions and helping me understand the system through which my medication is despensed.

3 star for reception lady, always good and helpful, but low trained pharmacist, after more than 30 minute wait I was told rudely here is not supermarket.

Harsh and the team at Amcal pharmacy Prahran are like family. They remembered us after visiting for such a short time, always helpful, pleasant and always ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. All in all a great place to acquire medications, toiletries, cosmetics and a great range of hair dyes according to my partner lol. Since moving to Windsor, and being somebody who visits a chemist 3 times a week for medical reasons. Id like to say the best pharmacy experience in customer service, speed understanding and always there to help. The main pharmacist Arash is a gentleman his attention to detail and outright good guy is pleasant to deal with. All the staff member are lovely. Its a pleasure doing business and I will happily spend my money and all my pharmaceutical needs are covered from your store. Always a pleasure thank you!

Lovely staff, excellent product range and services, shelves always full. Staff full of product knowledge, and also know the area well when I had to ask questions.

Been to this pharmacy many times over the years, love their service and product range. Never had an issue with return either, they always try their best to help. Pharmacists there are very efficient, never had to wait long for a script. If I'm looking for something they don't stock they get out of their way to do a special order for me! Will continue to support this local pharmacy.

Shocking customer service! Lady with blonde hair and tattoos. I think her name is Di? She could definitely benefit from a course in customer service and giving advice.

Rude arrogant staff. Posh lady with big blonde hair, about 50, called my daughter a nuisance for touching something. Will never go there again. Way cheaper chemist warehouse just up the road.

I usually buy my medicine here as I am a local but when I wanted to get a document certified, they said to come back after 4 hrs for a one page document. Never again will I come back here. Clearly they don't want to do it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Have never felt rushed pursuing the shelves which is a rarity these days in some pharmacies where overly helpful staff pounce on you as you enter.
