Great place, those complaining about wait times don't know how lucky they are to live in a first world country. Most people on this planet don't get to see a Dr at all

Avoid seeing Dr K Ramanayake if you're pregnant! Without listening to all of your symptoms she will jump to the worst case scenario and not even bother to sympathise with the severity of what she's just told you. I don't find her very professional at all! Nor do i find her respectful. I will not be returning to this clinic. Worst experience!

Today, in the corridor, a Lady, had a private 'consultation' with another Doctor. Loudly, and inappropriately. Both were. What she was doing there, could have been correctly handled by Reception. May this situation not arise again. The Doctor l was seeing was interrupted. Reception were responsible for this. All patients, irrespective of age etc, need respect. 5 stars for the Doctor l visited.

The Doctors are great here. And the staff are very helpful. All the Nurses on duty does a great job.

All they care about is money! They do everything they can to make sure you keep coming back for regular visits, even if I don't need to come in. The final straw for me was when I found out the medication I'd been taking for 2 years wasn't required. Nasty side effects and regular blood tests, what a waste of time and money. I wouldn't expect this kind of dodgy behaviour from a backyard mechanic, let alone a professional doctor.

Excellent and consistent service from professional medical practitioners. We have been patients for 15 years and could not be happier with all the staff.

Won't be going back! Sick children with stomach bug and then myself the next day. Was unable to get there due to other commitments the following days spoke to reception twice regarding needing a certificate. Finally after making a second appt and waiting an hour i was told No. Thanks for nothing! No understanding of busy lifestyles and I had made attempts to cover for the delay on time. Extremely disappointed.

Have been attending this clinic for over 9+ years. All the Doctors there are great, especially Dr Padma.

At times you do need to wait but that is expected with a bulk billing clinic. Reception staff are also helpful, a lot of them have worked there since i first attended the clinic which is really good, the new staff are also great! Nurses are also polite. All the staff seem to be doing a great job.

Would most definitely recommend this clinic to anyone that is looking for a bulk billing clinic with great doctors as well as great reception staff.

This is the worst place that we have been
my childs immunisation was not updated for more than 6 months.
The staff and the nurses are not responsible at all.
They have excuses but which are not acceptable.
I would not not recommond their service for any one

Booked an appt was expecting to have to wait but didnt! Staff were friendly and doctor was knowledgeable

Patients for 5 years. Happy with the GPs and staff here so far. Usually a wait, but it seems the case everywhere you go these days so not a detractor.
