My wife and I have been under the care of Dr. Kamala De Silva and Dr. Kumudu for nearly eight years, and we are exceedingly content with the quality of care we have received. Their diagnoses demonstrate professionalism, and they readily make referrals to specialists when necessary

Went to see dr Padma Herath and she forgot to send the hospital referral three times. Reception says can’t contact the doctor through phone so we had to make an appointment just to remind her sending that referral. Business doctor using and claiming through our medicare. Be careful.

Efficient service. Waiting time was minimal. This was my first visit to the practice and Dr Sarah Rogan was thorough in asking about my medical history and ensuring I had tests done so my records were up to date. Thank you. I have found my local GP.

They are not accepting new patients. The receptionist conveyed her opinion, mentioning that Dr. Khawja wouldn't approve of a one-time appointment. As a concerned mother, I'm troubled by how the healthcare system seems more focused on business than ethics and the Hippocratic oath. It appears that nobody cares. If I had received good service initially, I would have become a returning patient. It's disheartening that the representatives on the phone can freely express their views without consulting medical professionals. We were referred by another long term patient (our friend) who have been using their service from 2014.

Dr Dharsheiya Surendran is the most caring professional doctor i have ever seen, my whole family gets looked after by her

One of the best operators in the area! Had to move as the service and care at Lynbrook Medical was just not up to par.

Called in today and they were polite. Sign up was seamless being on Hotdoc. Plenty of parking and clean waiting area.

The best yet was the doctor we were assigned was an absolute God send! Dr. Rogan sincere, empathetic and a great communicator. The appointment did not feel rushed, which is the type of service we have been getting for many years at other clinics. She really took the time with my daughter and observed her really well ensuring we didn’t leave until she was comfortable with the progress my daughter was making with her asthma.

As a single mom, it was nice to feel the care and support from a medical professional. Often I’d leave an appointment not sure what to look out for, but Dr. Rogan’s well informed consultation made me feel confident and at ease what I need to do to monitor the situation. Thank you!

Posting on behalf of my daughter. The doctors are great. But the receptionist my daughter dealt with not great. My daughter needed the receptionist to fax a referral to a psychologist for a mental health plan. This seemed a bit hard for the receptionist, huffing and puffing like my daughter was being difficult. When the receptionist opened up what needed to be faxed, I can only assume she then realised it was a mental health plan. Well the receptionist then scoffed at my daughter. When are people going to drop the stigma about mental health? A reaction wasn’t even needed just do your job

The receptionist was polite and friendly, and the Doc was only running a few minutes behind, so in and out in no time.

My family and I have even attending this clinic now for more than I can remember and we have always have felt well looked after in every occasion.
Although, since we have experienced the Covid, a few of the regular’s doctors have left and it has become a bit hard to see the same doctor every day of the week, but you are still well looked after.
All the staff, nurses and doctors are always very polite and very knowledgeable and they always prioritise your wellbeing before anything else.
I just wish that the Government would compensate the doctors a lot more than the very small schedule fee that they receive as they deserve to be paid accordingly for their services.

Very professional, desk staff are really friendly and doctors are great specially doctor Naheed, having chemist, pathology plus dentist in same building is just great

Mel the receptionist was very lovely and helpful, 5 stars for her.
However I found Dr Kamala was unhelpful. She was rushing on my appointment and I did not end up to get the whole review. She was also rushing during telehealth

Always it's a great pleasure and excellent experience in this clinic because you feel confident with dr Kumudu and staff who are friendly and helpful, I strongly recommend it

I've never seen so self-entitled and rude reception staff (specially "Shae") anywhere else. Unfortunately, I have to keep going back to this place cause the Doctors here are extremely friendly and courteous.

Pound Road Medical centre provides very good care and also excellent service. It is also close to other medical facilities I.e pharmacy, pathology and dental

I am very pleased with the services by Pond Road Medical Clinic especially my GP Dr Hasan Khwaja. Very efficient and professional service with due diligence.

Always enjoy visiting the docs at Pound Road, always pleasant and kind, visited Dr. Kumudu today and she was so informative.
Reason I gave 4/5 is sometimes I would call and it’s always fully booked, sometimes I’m lucky, maybe it’s because of covid and recent cough season. But that was my experience in 2022. I hope 2023 will be a different year. Aside from this, Pound Road has been my most trusted GP.

Recommend to avoid Dr Dhaesheiya Surendran, she's the type of doctor (and there are a few) that hesitates and won't make a decision to treat something, even if the treatment is very low risk. Have come across time wasters like her previously, just avoid them. There are good doctors at this clinic too, just do your research first. My regular doctor Dr Hasan Kwaja is quite good but was on leave so I had to see her unfortunately.

Booked a double appointment as I had a few things to discuss doctor seemed to be in a hurry didn’t seemed very interested in what I was saying so now I have decided to see another doctor

Always willing to facilitate appointment with male or female doctor (your preference, One doctor who I see long term is very attentive to needs and offers option with treatment ensure you go away to do research prior to commencing any health plan. Very happy as staff are all very helpful

Lovely staff and doctors who care for their patients and don't treat them as numbers. Any requests from the team of doctors and admin staff are competed asap.
