The most beautiful wedding venue I have every been to. You will not be disappointed by choosing Potters for your wedding reception. It was hard to find a stunning venue that has beautiful food but Potters really ticked all of the boxes. It was the best wedding I have ever been to and most of our guests said the same.

We did the share plate menu and it was fantastic! We had a lot of dietaries and everyone was catered for and enjoyed the food. The wines and beer they have on offer are really good quality.

Ella was the manager on the night of the wedding and she did everything to make sure that we had the best day/night ever. I particularly loved that she put desserts and some of our wedding cake in our room to enjoy after the reception. It was these little thoughtful gestures that really made our day special.

The photobooth lighting wasn't great, but I passed on the feedback and they said they were in the process of fixing it. It was still really good to have personalised prints for all of the guests.

If you are thinking of booking Potters, do it!

Potters receptions 12-01-24 for Mr and Mrs Buff was an amazing experience throughout the last 12 months of planning. Everybody I dealt with personally (a special shoutout to Cass) was so friendly to deal with. They had everything on site which made it so convenient with a chapel, wisteria for canopies and reception area as well as accommodation. We used all their recommendations for vendors except a DJ which had played there before, which I believe made the night for everybody run smoothly. Amongst all the stresses of planning a wedding they were always on the ball offering help when needed and in particular on the day catering to our every need. The food was extremely tasty (especially the lamb), Everybody’s feedback from the night was great and several people mentioned it was the best wedding they have ever attended. We are still on a high and wish we could do it all again. They were also very transparent with pricing with no surprises. We can’t express our gratitude enough and if you’re looking at doing your wedding there I wouldn't think twice.

Highly recommend a wedding at Potters. I recently got married there and had an amazing experience throughout the entire process. Everyone was patient and knowledgeable with answering my questions, the venue looked amazing on the day, food was delicious, and my day of coordinator Ella was a dream to work with!

What a beautiful venue. Plenty of parking, gorgeous waterfall, quaint little Chapel, massive Reception room & there is accommodation. Staff are friendly & professional. Would definitely recommend.

3 and a half years in the making and we finally got to have our dream wedding at our dream venue. Potters were so patient and supportive with 3 postponements due to covid. It was a perfect day and I truely believe this came down to the amazing staff at Potters who were so attentive to all our needs which allowed the day to run so smoothly. We also had so many compliments on the food all night. Thank you guys again for the perfect day!

We got married at Potters just this week and we were blown away by how amazing and attentive the staff were. From our first visit, to our wedding day and our stay the night of, all staff were fantastic. Ella took the time to show us through the spaces and made sure everything was prepared for our day.
On our wedding day, Cass went above and beyond to make our day as perfect as it could be. Cass was absolutely amazing.
We honestly had the best time, as did our guests. Views were gorgeous, venue is beautiful. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

The team at Potters was an absolute joy to work with at every stage.
They were so accommodating and helpful for every step and the event ran so smoothly thanks to the team there.
Particular shout out to Skylar for helping keep us and the bridal party in complete comfort the whole time and Claude for making sure the night ran without a hitch!
The venue is beautiful and the food was great! The candy bar was also a HUGE hit as well as the photobooth - it was so great the venue has all the options for your perfect day.

It was a lovely place for a wedding and rooms are comfortable and I love the wash rooms too.

Extremely disappointed with this place. I’m definitely not one to get on here and leave a bad review about a place but I had too for potters. I went for a job trial there a few months ago, and I was not impressed with how things were handled. Not only was I forgotten about at my interview, I was then put up for a trial shift and was forgotten about for that too. No one knew I was coming in, the boss was extremely unprofessional. Once I got there, I was made to feel the utter most uncomfortable I ever have, being looked up and down by staff and event manager. The event manager was very passive aggressive and wasn’t nice. Taught me nothing, and made me feel stupid. Even though I was not going to come back for a second shift, they told me I would be contacted as I “got the job”, and I never heard from them again. In terms of a venue, beautiful. In terms of a business, not good.

As a professional wedding photographer, I have had the pleasure of working at many incredible venues, but I must say that Potters Receptions has quickly become one of my absolute favorites!

My job as a wedding photographer recently took me to Potters Receptions, and I have to say I was blown away! The level of communication and organisation was superb, making my life so much easier on the day. I felt like we were all part of a team trying to make the wedding day of Char + Oli as amazing as we possibly could. As a vendor, I have to say I really appreciated that I was offered water on the hot day alongside the guests, and that I was served a wonderful selection of Vegetarian foods at the same time as the wedding party, so that I could capture speeches after. A true role model on how venues should treat fellow vendors! Hoping to be back at this beautiful place.x

Absolutely fantastic for my daughter's wedding. Food was great because it wasn't deep fried like other places we have been to. Accommodation on site to be able to stagger to after the reception.

Just an absolute pleasure to work with the team at Potters through the excitement of securing such beautiful natural surrounds for our wedding. A calm and considered team who help you work to milestones in wedding planning so that you're not left rushing last minute. Mandy is your go to for advice and she went above and beyond for my husband and I in helping us to make our wedding happen post lockdown with very little time to secure and lock in vendors (if not for her advice and guidance). We were just so lucky to have Mandy supporting us and believing that we could make our wedding happen. Lovely to still be able to meet people like her in the world able to make the magic of weddings happen.

Overall a great experience

I went missing on purpose at Potters ha ha (the cleaner found me in the wedding retreat - its.just.that.gooood!). When I film a venue walk-through, I try to capture every corner of the exterior and interior as if I were a couple seeing the venue for the very first time. Potters is just so captivating and you'll notice how seamless the flow is from one space to the next! The facade for a start will WOW your guests, you'll probably waltz down the aisle of the timber chapel on your tour (it's happens to everyone so don't be shy now), and don't even get me started on the purple hue of the wisteria covered courtyard because IT WILL knock you on your bum! It's gosh darn divine! The red brick feature wall, and, the contemporary modern vibes of the dining hall will have your guests asking who your stylist is! If you've made it this far through my thesis, just visit and see for yourself! Highly recommend!
