Enjoyed the chefs menu for a lunch sitting. Absolute perfection, all dishes were delicious and balanced perfectly. Coupled with great service and a beautiful location, couldn't ask for more.

The only thing better than the food was the girls that looked after us. Knowledgeable, fun and professional. It was a perfect way to end our trip to the Mornington Peninsula. Thank you!

It’s been another long, difficult Autumn with the “on and off” periods of lockdown that continue to challenge all of us in the food and hospitality industries here in Victoria. There are many reasons why, as Melburnians, we should take an opportunity we can to celebrate our amazing regions and all they have on offer in the coming winter months.

Last night was one of those special occasions. It’s no secret that I love a birthday dinner, but my dear friend Annie’s booking was one of those -more than you could have ever imagined- special nights. We put ourselves in the hands of Executive Chef Michael at Polperro’ Chefs Table Dinner and experienced the skill, technique and creative work of a young innovative chef.

Our menu was a celebration of the evolving nature of seasonality and drew on the immense richness of the land and sea at Polperro. And of course I was over the moon to listen to how fermenting is a big part of Michael’s commitment to harnessing the abundance of the farm in a sustainable way that makes each bite a joy.

Brilliant winery and dining experience - if able have the wine pairing with your chefs menu! What a wonderful day, the food was out of this world delicious and presently so perfectly.
The staff went above and beyond. I don’t have a bad thing to say - other than I just don’t live close enough to go more often

Polperro was just gorgeous! The food was spectacular (omg the presentation was next level), the wines were lovely, and the staff were all so sweet. Can’t wait to revisit!

Polperro is a real beauty! Nestled among the vines in the wine region of Red Hill, Polperro is warm and comforting and wonderful. It's first and foremost an exceptional restaurant but I also love it for weddings. You can choose to have an intimate wedding in the restaurant or opt for a marquee celebration out on the grounds. They even have a 3 bedroom farmhouse where you can stay, and luxury villas on the property for your guests. The owners of this beautiful space have multiple businesses in the region and they can honestly do no wrong - a must visit for the food and wine at the very least!

I brought my passengers here tonight to the restaurant for an anniversary celebration, it's unusual for me to see Polperro at night so I'd like to share some photos. This venue is always a favourite amongst my clients, with great service & amazing food, not to mention the picturesque surroundings!

We loved our experience! Thoughtful presentation and flavours! The wine was beautiful and the service was excellent. Highly recommend Polperro for a lunch or dinner!

I'd like to commend Lauren for her assistance while ordering a box of wine. The order was made just prior to Melbourne's recent Covid lockdown and Lauren went above and beyond to rechedule the safe delivery of our precious cargo from my work address to our home address. Lauren even called to check in on its delivery us as she new it was required for an upcoming birthday gift.

Always a wonderful experience! My partner and I thouroghly enjoyed the degustation menu and the beautiful accompanying wines. The service, was excellent as usual. Thank you Polperro team - you did it again)

Great food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere without the pretentiousness. Highly recommended.

My wife and I and another couple had one of the best cuisine experiences we had had in our lives. We are all over 60 and well travelled. During lunch we all looked at each other and said "HOW GOOD IS THIS". The food destictive tastes exploded in your mouth. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they took the time to explain each of the 10 or so different offerings we had. The ambience of the restaurant was perfect as was the outside environment. We could not recommend Polperro more highly and we will be returning for a wonderful experience again.

Lovely location views and restaurant. The cafe area outside is also brilliant and affordable. Worth a drive on a good day

What a beautiful experience to sit in that stunning setting overlooking vineyards, and drink amazing wine. Can't wait to return.

What a beautiful day out. We went as a group to celebrate my dads birthday! Polperro came highly recommended to me by some of my clients.
It did not disappoint. The view was stunning. The surrounding garden area was beautiful. Loved the veggie patch.

The choices of where to eat. Outside, inside and garden picnics by the lake.
We started with a wine tasting outside which was lovely to be out in the fresh air rather than the cellar door.
Our booking for lunch was inside which was nice and cozy.
We chose the Tour menu, which was 4 courses and had matching Estate wines. We were all happy with the food and wine.
All the staff were lovely and they brought out a desert with a candle for my dad.

I highly recommend and will be back to do a picnic. Thank you for such a special

My husband and I did a wine tasting with Eric. It was the most enjoyable wine tasting we experienced on our trip. Eric was very knowledgeable but also has a great sense of humour. We didn't get to eat at the resturant however the food looked amazing. Next time we are in Melbourne it will be high on the list of places to eat!
