Food is fine, but it seems to have gone downhill lately. Potato cakes are thin, schnitzel burger isn't worth $9 with the processed cheese and bun, and the exterior of the shop looks a bit like the owners have stopped caring about upkeep. The lady also is a bit unwelcoming and seems bored. Souvlaki is still the best in Rosebud though!

Drove from Cranbourne as they were the best place to get fish and chips with the family after a nice days drive.

Absolutely disgusting.the food is terrible. I couldn't eat it and had to throw it out. The shop is dirty, greasy and the lady serving was far from friendly. I was really hungry and stopped at the first place I found open. Afterwards i thought if your food was really good you wouldn't have to advertise it yourself all over you windows, walls, etc. Don't waste your money!

$15 minimum charge for debit card, I mean really, in this day of age? Who has cash? Perhaps only people who dodge tax. When asked, she ignored me, waved me away. Advise I’ll only return if the min is dropped, she smirks and says “ I don’t care, do what ever”. Now ask yourself, if this is the contempt in front of customer, imagine what they are doing behind the scenes.
Each chip is a half of a potato, too big. A potato cake is doubly thick with too much batter, like chewing gristle.
Clean the walls, ceilings, the glass on the front door!
We have too many options in the strip to return to mediocrity. This local is boycotting you.

We had a great dinner there. Fish and Chips always hit the spot. One of the best places to eat on the Peninsula. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Great job guys we will certainly come again and again.

The shop has signage all over it promoting small business usage ie family run businesses not corporate giants like KFC and Maccas. My wife and I like to do this, so we decided to get a hamburger and chips from this shop rather than maccas. The hamburger was bad. The meat was a processed sauasage pattie! Chips were OK and plentiful. Advise: if you want people to come to your shop and support small business provide a quality product equal to the big companies. A hand made pure beef pattie will help. I wish now that I had gone to maccas and got a gourmet burger.
