I have lived on the peninsula for a very long time and never experienced such rudeness from a shop owner or such poor quality customer service. I ordered fish and salad packs, I received fish with NO SALAD, I rang the restaurant to be told I got my fish & to come down if I had a problem. This is utterly disappointing. I would not recommend any one share my experience or choose to order from this restaurant.

We ordered the fish and salad pack for the whole family, and there wasn’t even enough salad to feed 1 person. The fish was full bodged, and very cold!
They completely have horrible customer service skills and was rude the whole time.
NOT REDEEMED!

Always great food, been coming here for a couple of years. Friendly people and great food and service.
Souvlakis are the best on the peninsula.

My partner and I came here for a quick and warm dinner and it was amazing.the chips were cooked perfectly, the gummy shark was tender and crisp.the workers were all so lovely and patient while we were deciding what to get.there was quick service and overall it was a great experience and made for a lovely dinner:)

Been buying from the for over 20 years they are the best on the peninsula theyre lamb souvlakis are to die for and everything else is excellent including the staff 100%

The owner said to me they had the best Hamburgers in town.not sure if they are best.but they were very good. Great service and hospitality

We have tried and tried again this place as it is down the road from our beach house but it is just not the best fish and chip shop down in rosebud. The burgers are as if from Woolworths just not fresh juicy meat as expected from a fish and chips shop, potato cakes not great and chips average. Also the lady is always so rude, she doesn’t seem to care and you have to ask her “ can I order? ” shouldn’t it be the other way round. Such a shame, they need an overhaul but for the price, you get what you pay for

Really enjoyed the quality of the lamb. Was like a souvlaki but on a tray and was delicious at a reasonable price. Thanks

Worst customer service and raw potato cakes ever! Sadly I think the couple who work there (guessing owners) are over it! Unfriendly and miserable, took 22 mins to get a few potato cakes that were raw inside and literally felt like I was bothering them. $1.60 each for the smallest potato cakes I've ever had. The shop was empty.now I know why. Please be nicer to the paying public.

Chicken in HSP didn’t taste nice and still had bones in it, the chicken was just gross and chips were soggy from sauce and wasn’t a nice dinner

THE best fish and chips in the vicinity of Rosebud. Extremely kind and friendly staff - consistently great food, great service, what more could you ask for. They make a great chicken burger and chicken souvlaki, highly recommend! Support local during lockdowns.

With out any doubt, the very best flake and chips that we have ever had. The fish was large and thick with the best ever batter. The batter was crisp and not at all dripping in oil. The chips equally perfect.
I travel all over this country of ours and have never had any quite this good. Well done to all the staff and management.

I love the salad with my grilled fish and the little candies in the bag:) always good delivery times and yummy food

Omg worst takeaway I’ve had in years, Kabab meat was like eating rubber the garlic sauce was spring onion sauce, the chips are brown and stink of old oil
This local will never be back!

Only went there cause jettys pizza was closed got home (around the corner) and chips were soggy and the fish had fallen apart now clearly the batter isn't thick enough and they didnt flour it to stop moisture from.inside as to why the fish is falling apart

Fast and friendly service. My chicken schnitzel was ok, a little over cooked and not enough mayo on the bun.
My mother-in-law couldn't eat her steak sandwich. I was rather disappointed considering their awesome reputation.

Very nice food from this store, definately worth a visit, even worth going out of your way to get there

Poor service went didn't even get a hello or anything and then waited for 10mins to be told we aren't taking orders, well I tell you what won't ever be going there again.
