This review is in response of Gina Vegas review I was present there and witnessed the whole scene. Her intention from the start was to cause a scene. The whole time she was talking loudly and disrupting others around her. Nobody was paying attention to her or looking at her when she was talking loudly. At the end of the service she harassed the staff and left the salon without even going to the reception and left without paying.

This is response to review left by Gina Vegas, I was there when she was getting service done, her technician was polite and professional to her. It is so disheartening to see someone blame very genuine clients and the team by saying very demeaning words and creating very petrifying situation just for the sake of not paying for the service.

This review in response to Gina Vegas. I was their at the same time with her and she had been loud and disruptive since the second she walked into the salon. She picked a quarrel with the staffs and other clients and left without paying which is unacceptable.

I have been a loyal customer of Playbrow for 3 years. They are the best in the business and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my lash lifts. I was there today for my appointment when the fruitcake Gina Vegas turned up, without appointment, abusing the customers, ranting and raving and left without paying. The staff were professional and kind as always and assisted me to a private room because I felt uncomfortable around this woman. Couldn’t recommend this business more highly.

I have been going to Play bar for over a year now and have no complaints. Always pleased with my lash lift, they always turn out as I want them too. I had manesha who was lovely and gentle with my lashes. Will continue coming back.

I regularly get my eyebrows done here, threaded and tinted. Always excellent and efficient service and they always make time for me whether I've booked or just walked in. I have also had my eye lashes tinted and threaded other parts of my face. Great results every time.

Really great results. Went in for brow threading, brow tint, lash lift and lash tint. They were so gentle and careful. I have never had a better lash lift before. Very impressed - could not recommend this place more highly

Terrible service. Called to say I was running late and when I arrived I was told there isn’t enough time to do my booking so I would be charged a cancelation fee. Staff were very rude and not at all helpful. Wont be going back

Got lash extensions from here and they’re very well done. I got them a few days ago and not a single one has fallen out!

I have been here about 5 times and each time the service gets worse and worse.

At other salons I used to enjoy getting my brows threaded, and I found it to be a relatively gentle and painless procedure. The first few times I came here, the threading was so painful (the threading was careless and my skin kept getting caught in the thread) that I decided to stop threading and try waxing here instead.

Unfortunately, my waxing experience has been even worse. Each time I go in, they seem surprised I want waxing (despite that being what I have clearly booked in), and usually 2-3 times before and/or during the procedure they ask if they can switch to threading. I find it incredibly disappointing that the staff don't even seem confident enough to wax, given that's what's on their menu.

My experience today was the final straw. After the usual attempts to switch me from waxing to threading, the staff member gave me the worst wax of my life - the wax did not even dry before she peeled it off, the peels were done in such a way that made it way more painful than necessary, and after all that my brows are now noticeably uneven.

After 3 months of lockdown, I was really looking forward to getting my brows done at a salon again. But the experience today was unwelcoming, rushed, painful and my personal preferences were not taken into account at all.

I have given this place more than enough chances, being lulled in by the good reviews, the convenient location and the relatively cheap prices, but I will now definitely not be coming back.

A friend and I both had a lash lift and tint each, I have been for the same services before - and positive, beautiful experiences both times, with service and staff. My friend has had very unpleasant experiences at other salons with the tint burning her, but her experience here was perfect.

I went to this place for a lash lift because of its great reviews. Unfortunately this was probably the worst lash lift that I have ever gotten. On the left side, my eyelashes have a lot of kinks and therefore going into very different directions now. Some of them are even bended down now, facing their own root. This really doesn't look nice and is quite the opposite of what I wanted to achieve by getting this service done. They told me this is because I have a 2nd hair line with my lashes. As much as this could be the reason, I've never had this problem before so it doesn't appear to be the real issue here. I have to say, their service/ staff is super friendly because I was allowed to come back and get it fixed. However, the fix didn't really fix it and added even more kinks and bends.

I am usually very picky with my brows and was so impressed with the service that was provided by Play Brow Bar. The staff are lovely, accomodation and have a great attention to detail!

Such great service and they even managed to squeeze me in at short notice. Thanks ladies. Highly recommend
