Pizza Nova

Had the margarita and spicy salami, pizzas did not taste great for any of our liking. It seemed raw and ingredients not fresh. I would def not recommend. Plus cash only makes it even worse

Cash only (with no reliable ATM close by. Take-away is supposed easy and convenient, but they refuse to enter the 21st century with EFTPOS.

Probably the best pizzas I have tasted. Prices are reasonable and service is great. I am a regular because of all above

A really disappointing pizza pickup tonight. Husband gave the wrong name so they sent him away for 15 minutes - they didn't bother to check his order even though it was an unusual order. Finally fixed the error, so they then sent him home with a cold pizza - a cold pizza! Phoned the manager to complain about the cold pizza, after 22 years of custom, and was told it was our fault. Pizza Nova Rowville, you let yourself down tonight! Boy, oh boy!

Tried calling last 2 Fridays to place an order.phone is obviously off the hook in peak times. Went to the store to order, was told it would be a 45 minute wait. Did not see the old faces there making the pizzas so assume it has changed hands. Only 2 staff making pizzas on a Friday night. Clearly they want you to order through menulog or ubereats. Not sure if I'll be back.

The pizza was ok, a bit expensive considering what else is around.
For the extra $5 they charge I would have travelled further for a better deal. Had to try cause I’m close to this location.
The garlic bread was one of the worst I’ve had, no garlic taste, bread wasn’t sliced more than a third of the way through.

Took an hour and 20 mins to deliver.
I'll definitely NOT be ordering through them again. And would not recommend them to anyone. The only good thing about this take away place was the lady we spoke to on the phone who was very courteous and helpful in trying to find our order. Pity the service wasn't as good as her. NOT HAPPY

We periodically buy pizzas from this store.last night we ordered around 6pm and were told our order would be delivered in about 75 min putting it to around 7.15 to 7.30pm.we called at 7.45 to be told the pizzas were on their way.we live 5 min from the store.then at 8.10 we called again and asked where the pizzas were as we would come pick them up but they said they had left and were on their way and they promised it would be 5 to 10 min as the driver had one other order to deliver.we waited another 30 min and then being unable to contact the store two guests we had left an i went to get food elsewhere.whilst i was out my wife called the store and they said he was just about to leave.after they promised the driver had left over an hour ago.why lie? So we ended up with two dinners and $150 worth of pizzas went to our dogs!

Most places have a 10 slice 14 inch large pizza. Here a large pizza is 11 inches and only 8 slices. Not cheap either, with extra toppings costing $1-$2 for each topping

Best pizzas in area. Never failed us. Great value too. Toppings are generous. Always been fresh tasting.

This has to be the best Pizza shop in Rowville. Heaps of toppings, great price, great service and they deliver.

Pizza was overpriced, undersized and didn't taste very good. When we complained we were told "sorry, we don't have any control over that". Most definitely won't be going back.

Ordered from the car on menu log. Turned up to discover it is more than double the price for smaller pizzas if we had of turned up without using menu log would have been half the price. Queried it and was told oh well thats what it is. Overpriced will never go there again.

Generally it's good. Need to change a bit of attitude when accepting orders over the phone. Like it's your customers asking for food and not your employees calling in sick.

Definitely one of the better pizza outlets - Super fast delivery. Quality toppings and pride taken in their presentation. Would definitely recommend them.

Tried many times.this place USED to be good a couple of years ago.not sure what happened and if owners changed.

Seems 15 year old kids are making the pizza.which would be ok if the pizza was nice, however it is far from.

Their pizza has become very poor.basically 1/3 of the pizza on the side is just crust/bread.so instead of putting the topping all the way to the side, they leave it empty, so u pretty much throw 1/3 of the slice away because its empty bread

They dont put much topping at all, they've become very cheap.even a pizza with the lot looks like its anorexic. Go to Stud Park for ur pizza, until this place gets their pizza right

Cash only, they ask you to walk to supermarket to withdraw cash costing you fees. It’s the 21st Century and one of the first places I’ve seen in years that still don’t have an eftpos machine even though menulog says cards accepted. Left my order on the counter and walked out.

Bases are too thick and toppings not fantastic. Unfortunately the lass running the ordering is out of her depth.never mind.

Terrible service! The man was so rude, I ended up leaving without my pizzas. It was my first and last time going there. Never again!

Best pizzas in the south east! I am very particular and fussy.these pizzas are high quality, cheap and delicious.
Pick up yourself and save Big time!
Recommend Luke's choice!
