Pizza Nova

Placed a delivery order and it came 10 minutes earlier than expected. The person taking the order on the phone and the delivery driver were both very lovely. The pizzas taste super delicious and are filled with toppings. I will definitely be ordering again

Just ordered pizza tonight for delivery the driver never had a$10 note for change and the pizzas where'nt cut properly very disappointing as we are a long time customer I am not sure whether it is change of ownership or not but the pizzas where disappointing tonight

We’ve ordered from here probably 50 times in the past 6-7 years and we’ve only had one issue which was fixed immediately. Highly recommend

I don’t live in Rowville any more however my dads birthday was yesterday and he wanted pizza so ordered some pizza nova and wow forgot how much I missed their pizza. Amazing pizza as always thanks team.

First order at pizza nova; chicken avo, supreme & garlic pizzas.

Service was great and the set up looks very efficient and well run.

Chicken avo; mushrooms tough and dry more cheese coverage may fix this. Avocado chunks instead of slices.

Supreme; good amount of toppings, again, more cheese coverage needed.

Garlic; base with what tastes like jarred minced garlic, great amount of cheese and sliced in a fun pull apart way, needs a good amount of herbs.

The reason for an average rating above all is the average tasting sauce. Without an amazing sauce you have toppings on a pizza base.

The sauce is everything in a pizza and with a better sauce, their pizza’s would be 5/5!

Pizzas always good although this time (during peak time) felt like were a bit rushed a bit sloppy.but still tasty

Always stax of topping and tasty as! Really good value for money! Closed Tuesdays as of 2/5/2023, but website shows open 5-10pm

My go to pizza place if I want something quick and tasty. Gotta love that pepperoni pizza and also volcano pizza for the heat seeker.

Good news also that now they also accept card payment yay

My favourite pizza place, but the owner really needs to do something about the staffs rudeness over the phone and in person, every time I call I get someone so rude on the other end like I’m an inconvenience to them, it’s not hard to speak on the phone to someone with manners.

My sister and i order from pizza nova quite a bit.i don't know why it never crossed my mind to leave a review because our family really love this place.their pizzas are seriously the best we have ever tried - we refuse to order from anywhere else! (unless you guys are closed) tonight i tried something different, i ordered a caesar salad and the chicken snitz with mushroom sauce.both items were so fresh and delicious.i haven't had a single bad thing from pizza nova, everything is just spot on, always! These guys really do such an awesome job and their service is so amazing.thank you pizza nova, for feeding me and my family with great food all the time.you guys are seriously so awesome!

Had an order arrive cold via Menulog, contacted the restaurant, owner happily cooked up a fresh one straight away! It’s this kind of service that keeps your customers loyal.

Prompt delivery (10 mins earlier than expected), generous toppings and cheese, although unsure if prawns are really tiger prawns. Will be ordering again to try other items.

Used to be great pizza. My order arrived and the pizzas were average and not even sliced properly. Nachos were disgusting and inedible. Were burnt which as any cook should know goes through the whole meal, no matter how much cheese you use to cover the burnt corn chips. Was a hot charcoal pile of garbage and it's where it ended up. Very disappointed as this place used to be very good, especially the pizzas. Not sure if it's got new owners or new cooks but this experience was woeful.

Ive been a customer off and on since they opened (Ive been in area 30 yaers) Pizzas have declined in quality particularly the base which is continually undercooked I have told them at counter to no effect on three occasions so no more pizzas tonight i ordered pasta is was bland the pats not fully cooked and the sauce tasteless So when its pizza Ill be looking at alternatives

Outstanding pizza. Order from here regularly and never been disappointed. Always order through menulog and always satisfied. Delivery drivers are pleasant and friendly.

First time ordering from this place and appalled to find out they don't accept gold or sheckels as payment! Furthermore, the young lad on the phone started laughing at me when i told him my order.ordered it at 6pm on saturday evening and it came at 7am on sunday!

Great Pizza shop that has really nice and good valued Pizzas. The Pizzas are always fresh with plenty of filling on top especially the Meat Lovers. Easy service, give them a call and they will tell you when to pick up which is usually very quick. Best Pizzas I have tasted and highly recommend for a quick snack.

Waited 3 hours for a salad and garlic bread.when we called up we got told they are short on delivery drivers.unless you are going to pick up your order, i wouldnt bother wasting my night. We got the food when we were going to bed.wont be ordering from them again anytime soon, I will stick with pizza industry, always on time!

Waited 2 hours for our pizza. Rang to cancel and team member hung up on me and did not seem to care. Appreciate that they had no drivers but no one should have to wait 2 hours for a delivery. When people ring to order tell them it is pick up only! Another suggestion. Ring your customers and let them know what's happening. We have been loyal customers for years and very disappointed
