Pizza Hut Tarneit

We are a regular customer of Pizza Hut and from last 4 years we are ordering from Pizza Hut Tarneit. However, today I ordered 2 Hot and Spicy chicken with 1traditional base and the other stuffed crust and they charged me $7.95 extra for stuffed crust. Today, owner was standing at the tills who gave me the bill and upon seeing it, I told that him that he had overcharged $3.95. In place of apologising for the mistake or sorting my concern, he behaved rudely and said it’s very busy today, just let go $3.95 refund. I was highly disappointed and felt disregarded upon getting treated like this. Terrible customer service and pathetic customer experience at the store. This is not expected of an owner and not acceptable in any form.

We ordered white sauce pasta and barbecue chicken pizza just a wastage of money they put a lot of barbecue sauce on the pizza even the base was so oily no taste

We have ordered 3vegetarian pizzas and they were horrible, we couldn't eat and its such a disappointment, horrible smell of cheese, neither tasty and ugly, looks like outof date.stay away

Never buy pizza from them we ordered 5 pizza nd garlic bread they were on deal. But when we picked the pizza they were under cooked nd also they didn't put much topping on the top. And also from that 1 pizza was margarita they just put sauce on that. Never ever go again.

The guys working on this place is rude and have no respect for women. Calling my friend the filthy name when they itself send the wrong pizza. They blaming the uber driver. First they need to learn to speak on the phone properly. Don't call someone B? Can't take the blame on itself so blame the uber driver.

Its my first time in this place, but I mostly been to many other Pizza Hut’s, I ordered Hot n Spicy Chicken with extra meat toppings and Hot n Spicy Veggie OMG its worst Pizza Hut pizza I have ever been! I don’t know why some people give 5stars may be they r friends. There is no normal toppings, on top of that extra ordered toppings forget about it, its too much spicy. On top of everything PIZZA BASE NOT COOKED PROPERLY. OMG…!
And I called them back, the guy on phone told he don’t care and he told he don’t give dam and go give complaint. Finally, I officially lodged complaint with customer care for first time. Just waiting for their what action they r going to take!

Usually the pizzas are amazing.but this time ordered 2 pizzas and they were raw.not cooked at all
When i called them, they asked me to come back with the pizza but normally at other stores if something happened like this.they always send someone to take the pizza back. It wasn’t a good behaviour at all!

The staff of this Pizza Hut is very rood. They need to hire some polite and smiling face staff members.

Staff is rude they don’t know how to serve coustmer and also I was trying to complaint manager Raj but he is very un profonational service as well

Bought the Ultimate Hot and Spicy. The pizza tasted very nice however it was lacking in topping.not much onion beef or tomato. A long way from 5 stars and I dont think Pizza Hut as a company meant for thier creation to be so lacking.

Pizza advertised for $36.95 delivered and got charged $61 on delivery. Delivery was like 4 minutes from the store to my place.very dishonest practise by the store!

Felt like I was just eating bread, not a pizza. Hardly any toppings, waste of time and money. Go somewhere else! Very disapointing.

Oh my god. Where are the toppings mate. You just get the crust here not the pizza. Don't waste your money go get some good pizza somewhere else. By the way pizza is half cooked. Such a waste of money.

Terrible. I worked at Pizza Hut in London U. K opposite head office. If my boss saw the pizzas I got from this shop, I would have been sacked. Waste of money.

Worst pizza place~ the amount of topping on the pizza is scary, half the pizza is dough only. If you ever felt being ripped off, try this place and you’ ll think other pizza joints are so generous~

I don't know why people are hating on this place so much. However, I will say that the experience at this store has been nothing shy of amazing. The team are fantastic at what they do. All of the staff members are really nice and suggest me always exactly what I am craving. Great work guys. I'm rating this based on fulfillment of expectation -they keep it EVERYTHING fresh and consistent. Thanks Pizza hut Tarneit. Specially thanks to MR. RAJ

EXOTIC BLOOMS had lunch thier, it was delicious. Fresh ingredients, crunchy fresh crust. 10/10 will be back again and again.

Ordered 3 pizzas this afternoon and specially asked to do extra crispy and chill flakes. But pizzas were not even half cooked. Half side has sauce on it and half without sauce and totally undercooked. Called them they said to put review or email etc.

Regular customer at this particular Pizza Hut. The staff is extremely friendly and funny, which makes your 10-15 minutes wait worth at this place. The pizza always lives up to my expectations and my family’s. It’s great to see how Mr. Raj manages such a great team.
