Pizza Hut Tarneit

I wish I had seen this reviews before ordering.
I ordered at 3 pm for a pick up time at 5.15.
After waiting for 10 minutes there were no signs of any update.
Guy on the counter also went away somewhere.
I couldn't wait any further as had to pick my wife from work.
Hence had to leave without collecting the pizza.
Please process the refund.

I wish i could give them zero Rating.worst food and service.
Very Rude with the Customers.
Do not know how to respect Food.

The owner at the front was so rude
Even he don’t know how to talk with the customer

Absolutely atrocious customer service.
I would rate it a 0, had there been an option.
The grey bearded (salt n pepper styled) man doesn’t know the meaning of customer service, professionalism and decency. I wonder how he landed as a front staff member. He doesn’t treat the customers well nor the Uber delivery drivers who come to pick up the orders. He is totally damaging the reputation what Pizza Hut has got.
I’m not surprised to see soo many negative reviews here. All credits to him!

If I could give a rating in the minuses, I definitely would. Highly rude man at the front counter. Very hypocritical - not wearing a mask & instructing people to leave who didn’t have their mask covering their nose. I will never come back here again. Pizza was terrible & not cooked properly.

I wish I can give them 0 star. This is worst pizza hut shop in whole Melbourne. Ordered pizza and picked up on time. But they under cooked it and very sloppy. I called them but they started arguing and disrespecting. I will not ever order any pizza from pizza hut. I will suggest same to others

One of the worst pizzas to be honest, there are many pizza outlets in Tarneit that are way better. This place can easily be avoided.

Definitely recommend PIZZA HUT to come and review this Pizza hut store in Tarneit as they have no sense on how to run a store, nor do they know how to talk to their customers.

The man at the front was highly rude. He was old & had plenty of life experience, however, he has no sense on how to talk to customers. His tone & demeanour was very rude.
I will never be back here again - I don’t recommend this shop at all.

Worst pizza i ever had, even after first bite i through all 3 pizzas to bin. Don't waste your money there.

I agree about the saff not being very friendly but every pizza I have tried here was fantastic. Pan pizza at Pizzahut is the best in Australia.

False advertising

It was advertised online if you add a 1.25lt drink you will then get a 1.25lt coke no sugar free.
Sadly this was not the case. Even though it shows on our receipt we purchased said drink.

Anyhow, stay clear of these guys. While I waited to make my complaint the manager with Terrible customer service was on the phone giving some poor customer the run around only to then say on phone that the line is breaking up before hanging up! What a guy huh. To his surprise I was there to ask about my drink.

It's the general principle of the matter. Be honest to your customer as we are your neighbours. We will not order from here again

Visited here tonight. Guy behind counter was really rude. Ordered meatlovers pizza minus BBQ sauce but tomato sauce instead. We got pizza no sauce just cheese and meat.we got all the way home before we realised.not going back not first time rudeness or order wrong.

They make good pizzas most of the time that get delivered pretty quick, good specials on most of the time aswell

I waited 1hr 55 minutes for my order. Customers came in well after me and got there orders well before me, and no they weren't all phone orders either, they ordered in the shop. I would have cancelled my order and got my money back, but when I looked at the other takeaways shops they were full. I will never go back there again, poor customer service. Ignorance!

Pizza is good, its the only store in Tarneit which makes it really hard and delay in delivery/pick up! They should open up new store near by.

Honestly horrible customer service!
Tried to order on the phone because the app wasn't working and was declined and told to use the app!

Okay fine I thought, they are probably busy so i called a couple min later because the app still wasnt working. As soon as I said pickup the lady on the phone decided to act as if she couldn't hear me and hung up the phone!

Extremely bad customer service, the man was soo rude and denies to change our pizza’s.
We ordered BBQ pizza and they made ot burnt and taste like … when went to return the pizza to the store-person, he said that we make like this only of u don’t liked it it’s not our fault. Moreover he said that you are of our community that’s why i am listening to you till now otherwise i have never listen to you!
At last just want to say worst ever experience had on any pizza shop even local shops are much better in taste as well as service!
