Delays on delivery everytime. Waited 1 hour 30 minutes, paid for delivery but still waiting. Food is okay but not worth the wait

Good customer service, I asked for no green peppers on my pizza and the manager offered me if I would rather have red peppers and I said yes that sounds better. I just don't like green peppers not all peppers and I appreciated that option. Not all stores offer you good customer service like this. And the pizzas were great. Thanks guys. Will definitely go back here

Has happened twice now that I’ve ordered pizzas and multiple ingredients are missing, on the second time I decided to call and question about it, just to be told that it’s not there problem,
Paying extra just not to get the extra

I brought pepperoni large thin base, margarita large thin base and mushroom pasta it was terrible very dry it was like a frozen pizza.

Seriously you charge $32.90 for terrible food. Never will I buy Pizza Hut again. The place was very dirty.

The customer service here is quite shocking. I ordered online. I came 30 mins laterI am told your order has been missed. I wait for another 10 mins I am given the wrong pizza. If i did not check the box I would taken home a wrong pizza. Quality is poor and they did not even apologize for stuff up. Hygiene wise poor too. Saw a lady fiddle with her hair and then without gloves and then straight to cutting someone's pizza. Not coming back and not recommending.

Never answer the phone, always says 'can not connect' when trying to order online most of stock is not available or wings are tiny compare to other stores - 2 stars is being kind. Only order from pizza hut for the boneless wings

I ordered online and went there to pick up after I was informed my order was ready to pick up on the website. I went in and waited for 10 mins and the staff kept on ignoring me and would not make eyes contact. That was not the only issue, I ordered a mega meat lovers but there were the same amount of topping as the normal meat lovers.

Tuesday night, 8pm. The most unfriendly place I've seen in my life. Wouldn't take our order not even consider it as they were "too busy". A real shame. Dear Customers please avoid this place. I forgot: it looks very dirty and I wouldn't eat a single slice produced out of this place. Otherwise: good luck.

I've waited outside for my order, I called the guy who answered it wasn't even professional and said they already delivered my order. I used to love ordering from this store in Point Cook but now I will never ever order from them again. So unprofessional. Not recommended!
I called how many time and he said if they delivered it then its already at my house. I'm very disappointed. I want a full refund.

I ordered 3 pizzas. One of them had a few toppings missing on arrival. For instance, I am unsure why they did not put any jalapeño and chilli on the Ultimate Hot & Spicy. The driver did not read the instruction that I put into the order and attempted to deliver at the wrong location. I will have to think 3 times over if I were to order anything from them again in the future.

Only tried this place as my local pizza shop was closed. The traditional base tasted dry, the toppings tasted frozen & the pizza seemed to be over cooked where the cheese became hard. Considering that the cost was similar if not a little more expensive than my local pizza shop I will avoid this place in future

Not bad; still the same nostalgic flavour from 20 years ago. A bit rough on that Original Pan Meatlovers crust: toppings ratio though.

I’d go for that Traditional Chillapinappleno rather than this order again though.

They don’t know how to treat there customers with respect and get furious for no reason I prefer Jessie’s pizza over them

Order was 15 minutes late from my pick up time - fair enough they were busy. Unfortunately the quality was shocking, I ordered stuffed crust but a lot of the cheese had oozed out over the pizza and they put pineapple on when I had removed this when I ordered. On speaking to the store he told me that there was no pineapple on the pizza when he cut it and that I should take it back for a replacement! Safe to say we won’t be returning

Worst customer service

Ordered a pizza and had very less tomato sauce compared to usual.

The store manager essentially asked me to go back to the store and replace it. The main reason for ordering for delivery is that one doesn't want to go all the way to the store.

He said without eating it I should have returned it and he would have replaced. Well, how will I know without eating pizza that the tomato sauce content is less?

This is not the first time. One of my last orders took 3 hours to deliver and the store plainly refused to take the call

The store manager is very rude and doesn't have any understanding of how to speak to customers

I think having 3 stars as an average review is plainly overrated for the pathetic service of these guys

Foods always received in warm and well-presented, like the cake that actually does have lava, best store ever

We have ordered online and came to pick up. However, we stood in front of the counter for at least 10mins but no one talk to us. The staff seemed busy and keep answering the phone calls, and when we talked to her, she said she was very busy. The attitude of the staff was so rude. Will not come to this Takeaway again！

Not delivering on time. We need to go to store to pick up the order and Manager of store was so rude that he said don't order next time if you can't wait. Zero professionalism

It was a sudden plan to eat a pizza. I am not a regular pizza eater but the girl (vasudha) gave a right recommendation on my request and what a Delicious taste. Absolutely loved it will visit again.
