Pizza Hut Point Cook

I have ordered an large Stuffed Crust Paneer Pizza via UberEats tonight. There is no chilli label or any relevant symbol to labelise this pizza is very hot, very spicy. I think Pizza Hut should putthis kind of label on the Uber Eats meun to inform customer clearly.

We have a bite and found that pizza was very spicy, and my pregnant wife cannot eat. I tried to contact the store to talk about this issue. Unfortunately, Pizza Hut Point Cook does not provide individual contact number online. I have to drive to visit the store. But, a lady staff in front of the desk performed very impolite and unprofessional. She told us that pizza contains habanero so it is hot. She kept telling us there was nothing she can do, she said all ingredients are listed below the pizza's name. She kept saying: you should Google that if you don't know the ingredients.

That's an issue, if spicy item has been labeled on the meun, customers won't need to do their research while selecting order.

We return the whole carton of pizza to her and told her we can't eat that, it's too spicy. And we have raised this issue to Uber Eats and we will fix this order with them. Then, she responded to me: throw that pizza outside, don't leave here, you have ate it.
I was surprised to her response like that. I can't recast her appearance but it was kind of making you angry.

We are very disappointed with Pizza Hut Point Cook and we will never visit and order from Pizza Hut any more, especially that store.

Worst experience ever, ordered pizza at 5.30pm on Friday night and received the delivery at 8.40pm that too after being on hold for 40 minutes and talking with the call centre.
What's the point of receiving the order that late when we did order more food from somewhere else for dinner

I’ve been ordering pizza from them since the last five years and have had a good experience each time I order. Very friendly and welcoming staff adds to the experience. They’re also located centrally in Point Cook so easy to reach. I’d recommend this joint to everyone.

Had the best veggie pizzas and the two pizza deal was worth the money spent and will surely recommend to my friends.

I ordered a 4+4 takeout from here, which should cost me 47$. They charged me 59$ online and, upon reaching the store, claimed they hadn't received my order! Even after showing the receipt from my bank app, they were unable to serve me and told me to call Pizza Hut customer service once i reached home to contact for a refund. I tried all the numbers listed on the website, yet none of them were registered. I've had a terrible experience and have still not gotten my money back yet, and I will not be returning here.

Sick of getting my pizza cold on delivery. They forgot my garlic bread twice and both times the driver says he will drop it back off. 2 hours later i decided to go get it myself. Walking up to the store i bumped into the driver on his way out. I asked "Where's my garlic bread? "He replied "The store said they will get someone else to deliver it ". Yeah right

Ordered 2 pizzas and they were terrible! Not even cooked. Soggy bread thats all it was! Even the garlic bread was soggy!

Tried ultimate hot n spicy for the first time the crust was very crispy and loved the hospitality by the team.

Today I order pizza, they made third quality pizza, tasteless and they haven't put any stuff on pizza only bread and cheese.

Had an amazing interaction with the manager incharge as he was kind enough to suggest desired pizzas i.e meatlovers, barbeque chicken and super supreme for 3 family members and we loved the way we were greeted at the store and its good to see happy faces working and greeting other customers and serving them in a nice way.

I'm a pepperoni pizza lover.imagine my disappointment when my pepperoni pizza came with ZERO pepperoni! 3 stars in my books and you owe me some pepperoni.

I once ordered buffalo wings from here and they were amazing. Ordered the next time and they were completely gross.

Very poor service. Order 3 pizzas online for pickup at 3.15pm and it wasn't in the oven until 3.20.and it was 2 for 1 Tuesday spacial but he refused to put the order as Tuesday spacial. Their excuse was that they were busy. No manners every time I go to point cook pizza hut they just wonder around without uniform or Proper shoes and they always eat on the job. Disgusting

The food is great, but its always late. I don't think I have received my simple orders in under 45 minutes ever and most of the time it's well over an hour before it arrives - the store also never answers the phone. I'm currently waiting on an order I purchased over an hour ago.

The pizza here has become paper thin. It used to be nice and thick with plenty of toppings, now it’s sparse, empty and unsatisfying.

Giving 1 because i cant give ZERO for the customer service. They never pick the call no matter what and in case of the wrong pizza they want the pizza back to give the right pizza or both pizza's so that we they can refund everything.

Recently went here for the first time (for this store). Found the service to be friendly. Good range of pizzas. Not overly expensive. Pizza was enjoyable and done in a good time frame.

I had an extremely bitter experience today with the Pizza Hut sanctuary lakes, point cook. We ordered few pizzas at 6: 30pm today to be delivered at 7: 30pm today. When the pizzas didn’t arrive until 8, we tried calling the store multiple times but no one was answering. We decided to drive all the way to the store and got shock of our life. The owner (who also owns the sweet magic shop in sanctuary lakes) was extremely rude and unprofessional. Almost on the verge of swearing he not only told us that he doesn’t care but when we said we will write a negative feedback, he said in our face “ do whatever you can” and told us to leave.
Not only that rude person list a loyal customer, I am raising this issue with PayPal and Pizza Hut Australia. Don’t think he will stay much longer with this attitude

The order said ready for pick up, we waited for another 30min! No apology from store manager either.
