Would not recommend.
Pizza hut head office please do some training for this staff…
Ordered online during 1st lockdown order never showed up.next day I managed to contact the manager …as they didn’t pick up phones.
Even hot line could not contact the store in the night.
He got no Idea where the order went as they outsourced the delivery staff.

I did not ask for a refund to support the business during covid instead I asked to send the same order.next day.
Got delivered next day not much of flavours or toppings not worth the money for 4 large pizzas and wings.
Ordered few weeks later no improvement on flavours.but wings are ok.

Tonight i got the deal with 3 large pizzas.
It was sour must be napoli sauce or not sure.
Missing flavours of traditional pizza.felt unwell
Would not order again.
Owners please do some training on ur staff!

TERRIBLE! They delivered it to the wrong address and would not do anything about it. They would not give a refund or remake the order. Disgusting. They outsource their deliveries to DoorDash but you can’t contact the delivery person. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE, order it from DoorDash, at least you can contact them.

Today I order pizza through Uber eats and it takes delivery one hour 40 minutes once I receive the pizza it was like a rock please don’t buy any pizza from this place

It's pizza hut, they sell cardboard boxes it's not great quite often a bit sparse on the flavour.

Pasta was just boiled with no seasoning and was so bland with just cheese on top

Had an order for pickup, arrived at the right time and was told there'd be a 7 minute wait. After waiting in the store for 15min, and seeing other customers who had ordered after me get called up for their pizzas, I asked about my pizzas. They grabbed some pizzas that had been sitting near the oven for a while, which turned out to be my order. I pointed out that no one had called me up for my order, while others were. The staff member said "So? " Which I found extremely rude and disrespectful. Doesn't matter if your pizzas are any good, need some customer service skills if you want to run a hospitality business.

Placed an order through the app. 20 minutes after the promised delivery time I rang and after 15 mins in the queue to speak to someone, they told me that my order was on its way. It never arrived. Our dinner ended up asking for a refund.

Worst experience.

First time here and probably not going back. Guys nice but just not keep up. Told 15 when ordering online but took 45 minutes so over 35 minutes wait in store. At least the pizza was not so bad.

Firstly, I can understand that why the order came late for 15mins and really appreciate to the guy who delivered it to us during the storm.
I don't mind paying $2 for the toppings, however this is not the first time they missed out the add on to my pizzas. I rang up the store for many times, but nobody answered. They could be so busy and made a mistake!?
What about I found 2 bones in my food! One of them most likely from a wingette, the other one looks like something from a pork spare rib!? Do they even have ribs on the menu though!? I guess someone might think who knows whether I made it up or what? I can't prove it. Why would I even bother to set them up? This is the first time I really want to write a review and share my experience with someone who may have the same issues with this store.

We ordered 2 pizzas and some garlic bread. Both were made exactly to order and was easily amongst the best pizzas we have had.
The toppings were generous and it was a very satisfying meal I must say. Keep up the great work.

Very poor Service.had to wait more than 40 mins to pick my Pizza.
While placing the order online.i specifically mentioned that "NO AIOLI DRIZZLE" still no one took pain to read my comments on order and gave me an PIZZA with "AIOLI DRIZZLE"
Tried calling them multiple times and never ever got connected. With no option had to throw pizza in the BIN

I am only giving one staff for the staff politeness.otherwise i would give a negative star for this shop for their uncooked food. How disgusting!

Don't usually go for big pizza chains anymore these days but came by here a little while ago and got excellent service and tasty pizza. Dad got hungry and wanted a second dinner so here I am again and once again, got excellent service

Great pizza each and every time - that is how I would describe Pizza Hut Knox. Generous toppings, super fast delivery (feels its just out from the oven) and consistency makes this place stand out. Great job guys! Keep it up.

In my experience of ordering from there, the food has been delicious and the staff are clearly very good at what they do. Easy recommendation to anyone looking for quality pizza.

Great pizza from a pizza chain, it is still pizza hut pizzas and can't compete with some of the fancy independent stores, but if you are craving a pizza hut mass consumer style pizza this is the place to get it, they are done really well.

Unfriendly, rude customer service and ordered 2 veggie pizzas, got them with very little topping of veggies.
Won't recommend at all.

Constantly forget to include sides when ordering delivery. Will also only tell you they are out of stock of something once you go pick up your pizza, they will not call you when you order online to let you know before you get there, they will then make you wait another ten minutes when the pizza tracker says your item is ready. Customer service is not their forte

Got 2 large Hawaiian pizzas last night and they only put half the toppings on it. The crust was about 3 inches wide the whole way around. We took photos of them and will be reporting it to corporate on Monday

Asked to use an entertainment voucher but they refused to let me use it with their online stores pricing. Went elsewhere 1
