I just read the review from Hashini Amarasuriya, I was there whole time when she was ordering. I was there when this incident happened. There was an another lady with her and they both were abusing staff and one another customer as well. They both were very rude to that customer and continue to argue with him while he was polite. I guess that must be captured in CCTV in the store. I was so amazed with the staff’s patience they didn’t say a single word. The other customer who was trying to please them, they both even starting abusing that man. I m witness that staff was wearing caps and they were not showing any bad gestures.

WORST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF EVER. Really disappointed about how the staff behaved. Speaking their native language (Indian) among the staff joking and laughing behind customers, and think others can’t understand their language. But some people can understand what they say. Not hygienic, the girl making pizza had long hair fringes hanging on the face.

I have had pizza and wings from this store. The new manager helped me to made the choice of the pizza and it was more than my expectations. Surely will come back. Thanks guys doing good job.

Food delivered almost 40 minutes late soggy and cold. Store did not attempt to contact me. I rang them multiple times before getting through and was informed that their driver was caught in traffic due to a car accident. This may be true but hard to believe there is that much traffic at midnight. Apparently they contacted another driver to get food to be delivered. Annoyed that I was charged a more than double delivery fee for a “late night surcharge” when service was this terrible. Waste of $75.

Haven't had pizza hut in years then tried again but must say it about as tasty as eating cardboard, money is best spent eating elsewhere

The guy who is always on his mobile phone drop a piece of garlic bread on the floor picked it up and packed it so disgusting and unsanitary should stop using his mobile phone while packing food I think that’s the manager of the store

The store had at least 6 workers at the time, it was 6: 10pm on a tuesday night. After arrival waited over 10 mins in line to be served because the person taking the orders was busy even though multiple other staff made eye contact. When it was my time to be served i gave them the order no. And the guy said he couldn't find my order because his machine had stopped working, he then requested an itemised bill so that he could find my order. Fast forward he finds my order and i decide to check it before leaving, as im checking my 3rd pizza (opening and closing boxes) he says to me yeah its all there. When i get home my partner informs me that they did forget something (a side).

Terrible service. Always waiting and waiting at pick up time and the guy who served at the front counter is ignoring the whole line up. There are half of dozen customers inside and no one seems to get his attention at all?

By far the worst run Pizza Hut I've seen. Listening to the staff, they couldn't even tell what they put in the oven. Told multiple people it would be 10mins, just as a standard response. Won't be ordering here until new management comes in.

Pizza Hut should take this franchise off the totally incompetent holders at this location before they damage the pizza hut name in this area. The dummy behind the counter tried to overcharge me for my pizza & cheesy garlic bread because it had more toppings & the g.b had cheese! Asked her to explain where it said that in the fine print & she's ringing her guru on the phone! Wouldn't have a clue.

Pizza not ready 45mins later than given pick-up time. Manager lied and disappeared. Absolute disaster and we gave up. Last time we buy from this store.

Ordered stuff crust and was given a normal crust.asked for the store to remake my pizza with stuff crust and they simply said sorry store do not have stuff crust.what a joke of a store.

Most disgusting pizza I have ordered it was cooked at 2pm and delivered at 4: 45pm due to a pizza hut stuff up cold a rock when I got it, Potato gems that were still frozen in the middle. I wouldn’t even use it the pizza as a frisbee!
Whole place needs to be shutdown!

Service is good but the pizzas are on the small side. Wouldn't go unless I had vouchers tbh.

Get there at 9: 40pm, the guy has already cleaned the make table and packed it away, didn't want to make anything, still had 20 minutes before closing (10pm on a Monday)
Will never order from there again. When we walked our he turned off all exterior lighting.

Pizza was rubbish.
Got a chicken supreme and it was more like an onion supreme.they forgot the chicken? There were a few pieces that must have accidentally been put on. Also was on the wrong base. Had gotten traditional, it was on a thin and crispy.
The super supreme wasn't much better either.
Was too late by the time we got home and realised. As alternative shops were closed. Had to eat the onion pizza.

Absolutely most honest pizza shop. Because the pizza wasn't to standard the shop teller gave me the pizza for free. He was completely honest with my I didn't even say a word. I hope many blessings for this shop teller and shop. Wish I had gotten his name.
