Pizza Hut Golden Point

I have been to many pizza shops but boy oh boy this was by far the slowest. Talk about vague and useless staff. Pizzas were ok when they eventually arrived by that stage I would have eaten cardboard. Lift your game. You weren't exactly busy

Out of the nearly 100 times ordering from this store I have only ever had 1 poorly made pizza, the rest have all been so amazing that it has become the go to for me and several others When we order take out.
This plus their Wing Wednesday honestly makes them near unbeatable

EDIT: had a minor issue regarding my order. Ansar from management contacted me and resolved the issue. I'm more than happy to recommend this store.

Chips were soggy and the spongebob pizza just doesn't taste good.

Overall, fairly good.

Took them 40 Mins to prepare 1 pizza and what they finally gave us was not our order. Never going to come back here. Confused staff. Bad experience.

Pizza it's self is alright, good at best when it's on its day. The service, some staff are good. But Manager is getting more of an attitude each time I am in. Apparently cant make adjustments to any pizzas Just becuase they can't read off a screen, slammed the pizzas down and walked off. Worst service of any pizza hut I've been to. Ballarat region customers should go to / order from the store in Ballarat Central, least your money goes to people who care.

Well that settles it, i wont be going back to pizza hut ever again.
Gourmet restaurant prices for less than dominos quality shrunken pizza.

Good service nice food but no public toilet facility they send you to the petrol station next door

No plastic cutlery provided, slow food processing, long waiting time, no pasta served only can order pizza

Always get a Hawaiian there, does a good job of satisfying the cravings, though try to avoid going on Sundays due to the unexpected weekend surcharge.

Loved the Pizza at this place. It was fresh. The restaurant is small with seating for about 12 people.

Ordered 2 pizzas, garlic bread and a drink. Pizzas were cold upon delivery, garlic bread squashed beyond recognition, and wrong drink was delivered, by a guy on a scooter, with my pizzas squashed into a backback. Guy who answered the phone, I couldn't understand, as he talked so fast in a foriegn accent, and clearly couldn't understand my English. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Second time we've been disappointed by pizza hut, just lost a regular pizza eating family. Would not recommend.

Love their pizzas.really full bodied pizzas that fill ya up in stomach and heart. And quick service.

This is not an la carte fancy food restaurant but you do get what you pay for.and some. It is a great place to take a family. Our grandsons loved being able to choose just what they wanted. This is one of the few remaining all you can eat places left in this huge chain of Pizza Hut's, totally a must do if your hungry!

As someone who has, on the whole, lost interest in mass produced pizza to a price places like pizza hut and domino's, I have to say that the pizza we bought here was just fine. No it doesn't compare to the wood fired delightsxat the forge. But it was fast tasty and we got 2 pizzas a garlic bread and drink for less than the price of 1 pizza at the forge. In short, cheap quick and completely fine. Good job pizza hut golden point I will be back

I ordered two pizza with a Tuesday deal (half price). Overall the pizzas were very good, great flavour and toppings. The pizzas (large) were under 30cm long. Overall, I won't come back here if there's no deal due to the high prices, but if there was a deal, definitely very good!

Loved this place as it is a great place ta go to when hungry. Great staff and manager good to be there enjoyed aa lot

Pizza hut has really lifter there game in the last 12 months. Quality is fantastic as is the service, the dough quality from this store on Main Road is truely amazing. Mistakes happen rarely but the staff are always quick to fix any issues.

Shocking pizza. First night they got my order wrong. Gave them another go 2 weeks later and the 3 pizzas were under cooked and one all the tipping was beside the pizza, it had all slid off.will not be returning to pizza hut in main road again.
