Pizzas where on point very well cooked and looked appealing. Served with a smile.
Tasty food garlic bread was delicious aswell

Take too much time for deliveries and said shortage of staff? Staff members are roaming here and there but not do orders.

Wow. What the actual f is with Pizza Hut now? !
They kinda cared about their food and their offers. Now it’s like they want to see how much they can get away with before their customers say enough is enough.

4 sides to choose from - except all the sides that they advertise with the deal cost extra money. Then when you begrudgingly pay for the extra sides you get 6 comically (& offensively) small meatballs that taste like they came from the dollar store.

Absolutely horrid customer service. I have never come across anyone so rude and dismissive.

All ways serve fresh quality pizza, quite reliable The veggie pizza is our current favourite.

Ordered online. Pizzas were ready when they said they would be with was good as they were fresh and hot. Delicious pizzas and garlic bread. Very filling

Very rude staff and when we put pizza box near the bin because bin is full they told us to take the rubbish with us and put somewhere outside. Super rude

Great pizzas but they just need to extend there wait time as I was told 15 minutes but it was more like 30 mins.

Best take away pizza we've eaten for a long while. Really happy with the amount of toppings. Service was so great, the gentleman that served us was lovely and nice to the kids. We had to wait a little longer then expected and the man gave the kids a drink to share as an apology. 10/10! Thank you for a beautiful tea.

Ordered pizza for daughters brithday party the staff where very helpful and they arrival on time hot and yummy. Recommend them to lots of people. Also the prices where aforable

Horrible food and awful staff.
I couldn't order online as the app wasn't working. So I rang the store who informed me it would be an extra $10 to order over the phone.
I said the app isn't working and they said it wasn't their problem.

Not only are their prices ridiculously expensive, they have cut back on ingendients and it's now a joke - they should rename their meat lovers 'cheese lovers'.
To top it off, a store that is 10 minutes away managed to deliver their pizzas cold.

What a joke. Don't fall for the reviews a few years ago because their pizzas are now a rip off and gross and the attitude of staff are at a level they would probably spit on your pizza if they had an issue with you before delivery.

Totally disappointed. Last time I got pizzas here I was surprised at how good they were for Pizza Hut pizzas. This time they were hard, dry and tasteless. Staff weren't interested in being there.

Possibly the worst take away pizza I’ve had in many many years. Never again! Plain, tasteless and very unappealing. Staff are not interested and unwilling. The App is a total waste of time, it only recognises addresses that it wants to FOR DELIVERY! We had to ring for delivery and we were told to get the app special we had to order online, so WE HAD TO PICK IT UP!
Store bought frozen garlic bread, frozen store bought potato gems but the cheesy spud bites were ok. Maybe try frozen store bought pizzas too! Can’t get any worse! Won’t be back.

Unfortunately this is the 3rd order in a row (usually about once per fortnight, so all up over about 6 weeks) where there have been issues with the order.

I had ordered my pizzas online and used the Advanced Order for a pick up at 1915 hours on 6/9/22. This was confirmed. I left my house when the web page advised it was in the oven, and arrived at 1919 as I figured the extra 4 minutes would ensure a quick pick up.

While waiting at the counter, I observed a female staff member who although was wearing a cap for hair & food safety reasons, had hair clearly flowing from the front and sides while she was putting toppings on a pizza. I was told by a male staff member that there was a delay, and the pizza was 6 minutes away. I said thank you and waited in my car.

At 1926 I went back in to the store and was told it was another 5 minutes away. When I collected the pizza at 1933, I noted in the car that there was Aioli on the stuffed crust when I asked for no aioli. I did not bother to go back in as it was already very late and I had guests waiting.

I was not offered a drink or garlic bread for the order which was now 20 minutes + late, and was mumbled "sorry" only once.

I think I will have to go back to the Pizza Hut Ballarat Dine In, where I have never encountered issues (even on busy nights), which is a shame for Golden Point as it is much closer to me. I might try GP again in a few months to see if the situation has improved.

Have left feed back with Pizza Hut online, with a photo of the pizza and receipt for verification purposes.

Last night I order pizza hut for dinner it was absolutely delicious my fussy kids ate every last one and the amazing delivery guy was so nice even gave us a free coke we will definitely be getting pizza from Golden point again

Worst experience from golden point pizza hut.
Placed an order with 3 pizzas and 1 drink
2 chicken pizza and 1 veggie
One of the chicken pizza was missing chicken and the pizzas were soggy
The thin and crispy was hard to chew and was not properly cut.

And if we leave the pizzas complain on a side…
The delivery driver was not having any sense of customer experience was rude while delivering the order and also after delivering he was eating in the car blocking the driveway.

Called the store and haven’t got any solution from the call person.

Prefer everyone to not to visit pizza hut golden point.

Terrible experience, received order around 15 mins ago. 2x Choc lava cakes were missing and one of the pizzas was squashed leaving toppings on the lid of the box and the back of the box (as per photos).

Terrible. Order was due 30 minutes ago and it's still not here. Cannot contact the store because they are not picking up the phone

The cheese lovers pizza is extra delicious which is suitable for vegetarians. My kids just love it. Like the attention for dietary requirements ensuring no contamination for select pizzas. They have halal, vegetarian and vegan choices.
