Craving pizza tonight and thought I’d jump on Menu log and give Pizza Hut a go for the first time in years and holllyyy they delivered me absolute slop and I payed $20 for this! Absolutely disgusting will never buy again I prefer dominoes and will stick to it

Delivery is always as ordered. More so prompt even on Tuesdays when it is usually super busy. Sometimes we pick up and I find the team very accommodating. Store is neat and clean. Well organised team work is apparent. Way to go guys. Kudos.

VERY POOR QUALITY PIZZA YOU CAN SEE RIGHT DOWN TO THE BASE ON ALL PIZZAS IF THEY DOUBLE THE TOPPINGS YES DOUBLE THE TOPPINGS IT WOULD JUST BE OK. BUT STILL NOT GREAT

I ordered a bbq chicken pizza for a pickup and asked for no bbq sauce, however the guy on the phone was super rude. And they put a lot of bbq sauce on the pizza which ruined it. Wouldn’t come here again.

Thats twice they've forgot the toppings I've ordered. Wont be a third time. See ya

Do yourself a favor and visit this amazing store. The service is unmatched. There staff truly cares about ur taste knows what you exactly want thank you heaps to the girl working there PREET n team for making my evening best one. PIZZA was absolutely amazing. Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10. I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of my pizza.
Was thin n crispy as requested. Considering the quality, 10/10. There was also plenty of veggies added with perfect proportion of cheese n spices. Highly recommend!

Pizza were used to be of good quality but now serving horrible pizza, poor service, after ordering the pizza before 20mins, still had to wait for another 30 mins, poor topping on pizza, too much chilli sauce when I ordered Peri Peri sauce. They don’t know the difference between chilli sauce and Peri Peri sauce. Total waste of money and time. They loosing customers with this low quality Pizzas.

Crust paper thin. Box felt empty like nothing inside. Unable to eat this was the most horrible pizza experience I have ever had. Not worth it at all

Order our pizza online, it indicates that it takes approximately 15 minutes, but the pizza took quite a while to be ready - half an hour even there is no other order shown on their screen.

Used to be a great pizza joint but now it seems like quality has dropped a bit. I've been ordering pizza's from this place for many years but last two orders were horrible with too much sauce and very less of other toppings (even after adding extra meat there was hardly any meat and also not much cheese as well). You should increase the price (if required) and keep the quality without compromising on quality. Great friendly staff but need to work on the quality else people will find other alternatives.

Ordered through doordash driver went to pick up they refused to give to driver as the driver did not have insulated bag they approved of. The owner was rude and said get another driver. Over 30 mins for order then we'd have to wait for a new driver. Pizza would have been cold but owner said he does not want pizza to arrive cold but wanted to wait for another driver in 30 minutes and pizza would be stone cold anyway. Do not go there. The staff and management are hopeless the pizzas are not that good. I reported them to head office and also the authorities.

Amazing service.their service was really above expectation.everyone should try their pizza who had never tried it in past.you guys will love it.

Usually they have awesome pizza but this time round I wasn't very impressed it was rather bland and flavourless.

Worst store ever. They don't know how to take a simple order. I am a regular customer and each time they get it wrong. I'll be making a complaint to head office.

This store has no customer service etiquette at all. We are regularly weekly customers, we made one simple mistake on an order and rather than trying to help us fix it, they were more concerned in letting us know it was our problem. You would think to keep a regular customer happy you would go beyond to fix the minor issue especially during these Covid-19 times. Be warned this store is only interested in the $$$, not its customers. I have ordered several times from this store and it's hit and miss, sometimes you can't fault them other times you will get better value from a frozen pizza from the local grocery store. For the record I will never order from this store again and concentrate on supporting local pizza restaurants that value there customers.

Yesterday I and my husband had Pizza here, amazing pizza I should say. They loaded pizza with toppings and made it delicious. I will visit again for sure!
