Pizza Hut Belmont Village

Visited there 3 days before and like always Pizza Hut was busy. We requested them if they can help us getting our order a bit quick as we were tired and was starving for food.
The lady on counter was so humble and kind and she tried her best to serve us with best.
Even though she served us on time still she was apologising for delay.
These people really works hard to serve foody people like me.
Great place for good Pizzas services.

Older blonde lady, looks like the franchise owner is rude and snappy.

To be quite honest, I hardly eat fast food and was gobsmacked with the options. She was frustrated as I asked questions about the sides, which she claimed only garlic bread whichbwas false as there are many sides.

Anyway, long story short, went over to Nando's and ended up spending just the same amount with better quality food, service and overall experience.

If you want cheap and nasty shop here.

Had pizza's tonight they were cooked to perfection plenty of toppings and great value for money thank you highly recommend

The worst pizza hut in town and the lady tries to order for you is rude and the worker eating then touching the pizzas ‍️

Best pizza I've had in almost forever. Lady was so nice on the phone and in person. Made the pizza so gourmet. Thanks heaps. Bbq meatlovers w/ garlic and onion

Order was entirely incorrect and when called to sort it out I was redirected to a call centre, spent 10 minutes on hold only to be told to contact the store directly, which again was redirected - pizza was okay, everything else was poor, usually don’t order Pizza Hut but I guess I won’t be doing so if service is like this.

Worst customer service i ever come across in any shop.quite rude when asked to trace refund charged twice online and in store when picking. Was good initially but really aggressive and rascist behaviour when went to shop as chased up head office to ask for refund.

I unfortunately forget the lady’s name who looked after my order yesterday afternoon, but she was blonde and she was was amazing! Fantastic customer service and the pizza and wings were very yummy! Thanks so much for such a pleasant experience really made my day.

Old lady (sorry don’t know her name) at the desk today at 9: 30PM was very rude. Sad to get such service from pizza hut.

Been to this store a few times now the service is great the pizzas as tasty always cooked to perfection. The cheesy garlic bread is amazing.
What stood out for me was how clean the shop is you can see all the way into the kitchen and it’s imaculate. The service is amazing and the ladies love a chat always feel welcome.

Spot on every time.
I have now become a regular at this location because the customer service is just so good.
I have ordered in store, over the phone and online, every time I have had no issues and have been met with smiles. I even got a call once when my online order was "late" and letting me know that the car was leaving the shop at that time. Not it was late compared to other places around here.
The pizza is better than expected for the price and the Pizza Hut menu is just too good to be beaten.

Decided on pizza for dinner, purchased a super supreme with prawns and anchovies, tasted fantastic

The customer service here is terrific! I hope the blond lady is paid well because she is always so pleasant and always seems to be working!

Although the service was amazing, for the price I can not recommended this store. You'd be much better serviced by going to either a more expensive pizza place for high quality food or a cheeper store.

The most prominent taste in my meat lovers pizza was grease, which the thick base did an admirable job of mopping up which was actually to it's detriment, none of the copious amount of fat was able to go anywhere. So every bite was a grease ridden chore.

Got delivery ordered online it was on time hot and delicious. Will definitely be ordering again.thanks

This Pizza Hut has been my go to for me for a while now. The Staff are really friendly and have excellent customer service skills. The Pizza is good for the price and is always ready on the dot.
