Although lady working over there was alone but still she was making all orders with very perfection. Taste of food, presentation of pizzas were pretty good too

Very unprofessional and rude staff, making unnessary and inappropriate comments with the customer's. Staff saying that Tuesday is a cheap day everyone orders so there are too many orders and you can cancel the orders. No one cancels their orders after 20mins they will be happy to wait 10mins. Orders taking 45mins to be ready for lickup after ordering online.

Kiosk style shop so it's always hard to get a good atmosphere in those. Friendly service and the food was good

Best pizza I’ve had in ages! Delivery was quick and the pizza was hot and fresh with plenty of toppings, great customer service too from start to finish, definitely recommend!

Firstly the order was approximately 15-20 minutes late.
Secondly we want to dine in but the lady told us you can't dine in here, even though there was no sign inside the store indicting you can't dine in. When I said we are 1 and half hour drive far from the home and it is hard with the kids she responded have you got the car, you can eat in the car or otherwise i can refund your money.
Third the service was quite bad. The lady, looks like the franchise owner was very rude. We ask for the disposable cups for the drink she refused we don't give it.
I am a regular customer with pizza hut but this was mine worst experience with pizza hut in Belmont village shopping center.

Ordered online with ease and picked up and was ready waiting for me. The two female staff greeted me warmly and were excellent with their customer service

Probable should have just got frozen pizzas from supermarket.taste was ok but the size and amount of topping for the price wasnt good.was disappointed but the quality was ok

Fantastic friendly staff whom were short staffed and doing a excellent job. Also exceptional friendly. Great food to boot

To be honest I dread ordering from this store pizza is always dry next to no toppings, and the delivery service is all over the place. Wouldn't recommend

Belmont is a great pizza hut with lovely helpful staff who go out of their way to help.totally recommend.put a takeaway or pick-up only.

Best pizza and best customer service. We never buy pizza from other stores rather than country town Waurnponds. But because they don’t open on Monday, so we ordered from Pizza Hut Belmont, two pizza and chicken wings. Everything was so well cooked and delicious. The two ladies working in the store was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend the Pizza Hut Belmont.

Got a couple of pizza from here this afternoon, Pizzas were pretty good, Service was very quick and person who served us was exceptionally nice/helpful/friendly.

Purchased a pizza for my grandson at Belmont Pizza hut last week. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and friendly explaining the ingredients in the pizza to make sure it would be to my grandsons liking, and even offering to speak to him on my mobile when I rang him. Can't speak highly enough of the service she provided

Name speaks itself, but people should understand buzy times (not for everyone), as majority does knowand understand.

But yes, it a place to try, your way.

Sides are amazing, service is friendly. Pizza base is dry and toppings congealed within minutes of pick up, not tasty pizza and won’t be returning after giving it a go twice.

Everytime I order a pizza from here it's ready quite quickly, the staff are all wonderful and the aftermath is delicious 10/10. The staff on nights they're swamped, call to apologise for delays and they always take the best care of their customers.

Disgusting doesn't cover it. First time I've ever thrown a pizza away. I order a mushroom, green capsicum and onion puzza. It came with red capsicum and not much else. Never again

The server (a blond older lady) is extremely rude towards people. Apparently she is on a rush to "serve everyone", but is not considerate enough to pay attention to the customer who is in front of her, specially if the person she is serving is not white. We experienced that ourselves and observed how she treated other clients (white people and ethnic people). It's just astonishing the difference.

Maybe Pizza Hut should remind their staff that racism and xenophobia are CRIMES. Maybe also revisit the Racial Discrimination act and train their employees properly. Being older don't entitled you to be racist.

If I feel like pizza I drive 40 min there and back to get it as the staff are great and they make the best pizzas

Great customer service! The two ladies that worked Christmas observed day 28th December 2021 were really working hard and showing loyalty to their job of a fully booked oven. Even though they had an overwhelming amount of orders due to Christmas period, I wanted to applaud them for keeping their cool working under pressure it's hard! But still, they maintained a cheerful happy friendly customer service. Thank you for working so hard on a public holiday ladies! I hope this message finds your manager well to give you recognition. My order fed 6 hungry excited children and 6 adults and the smiles on the children's faces, priceless because of you. So grateful, thank you Pizzahut Belmont Village. I told my family they were very lucky their Pizzas have been blessed. I waited 1hr for a pick up order and it was well worth the wait as we were so close to missing out. Well done!
