78Tried and tested for several years now, great meals and very friendly atmosphere. We go there at least once a month. Kitchen staff knows what they're doing:)

There's nothing that could go wrong if you step in there. One of the best Italian places I have visited. We ordered the seafood platter and the mixed grill. It was finger licking good. The female working in the kitchen was very sweet.
An amazing experience overall.
Amazing food all the time. This place is consistently great, never had an average meal, it's always YUM! Great service too
Fantastic food! Authentic and delicious food that is fresh, vibrant and wholesome cooking. I had 4 people in my party and we chose the set menu. It was plenty of food for all of us with many good quality items to choose from.
The wine and other drinks were very reasonable in price. The coffee was great too. We had churros for dessert which were incredible.
Service was spot on. I couldn't fault this restaurant.
I loved all the food I tried and so too did everyone else in my group. We will definitely return.
Ordered pizza on a Wednesday night, unfortunately the order was missed and delayed by 50minutes. They were very apologetic and threw in something extra. We really appreciated this and enjoyed the pizza it was delicious.
Best restaurant on high St. Food is always VERY delicious and the atmosphere is low key, friendly and casual. By far the best italian around.pizza, pasta what's not to love?
Enjoyed all the food but particularly loved the mussels in sauce! Great service and atmosphere too. I hope great places like this survive covid restrictions.
A great place, fun, fast, a typical pizza place, with an open front and street seating.fabulous pizza, thin, crispy, fresh.true Italian style. Great staff and priced well
5 of us came for our yearly Xmas catch up. The place was buzzing with a cool High St vibe. Service was super friendly and professional. We decided to share the Mezze platter for entree yummo. Then we shared plates for mains. The calamari, was so tender, beautiful fish, pasta ragu was delicious and the pizza had a perfect authentic base and toppings. We didn’t have deserts as we enjoyed cocktails instead. Had a great time will be back
One of my favourite places to dine out. Friendly, low-key and unpretentious. Great food and service. Not too noisy, music not too loud, like some places, plus whoever does the playlist has great taste. Often see family groups here, it's kid-friendly.
The owner had really good interaction with the customers which is always a plus. He was really funny and nice. There was a table full of ravenous boys, hungry for all the world had to offer! It filled the restaurant with excitement!
I have been craving pizza since. Definitely get the fettuccini ragu.
We went here on boxing day as most other restaurants were closed. We were pleasantly surprised as the pizza was outstanding, the beer was good and we had one of the best cocktails ever (Ginsecco). We will definitely be coming back!
Great pizza - very tasty. I liked that the menu was not the same old pizza joint variety. Varied and delicious. A little on the pricey side but this is due to good quality ingredients.
We absolutely loved our evening here. The service was so very friendly and very professional and the atmosphere was really welcoming, cheerful and warm. Three of us had seafood pastas and they were exceptionally good, as was Alex's penne special which the fourth person in our group had. The quality of the seafood was excellent and the overall flavours superb. What a treat it was to dine there.
Italian restos usually taste the same but as I write this while sitting in the restaurant first time eating here, I am thoroughly impressed by the food and the great server. He was very kind. The food was great and of good value. We had a pasta and pizza. $12 cocktails tonight too! Very happy and will come back! Good social distancing in place as well.
Went there three times: first, the gnocchi with cheeses, second time, homemade spaghetti with brussel sprouts and anchovies, and third time, three types of vegetarian pizzas. Every single one was amazing! Great service, wonderful food with really unusual, but fantastic, combinations: the wild mushroom pizza and the cheese and caramelised onions were a huge winner with my friends and me. My new favourite place! Sad it took me so many months to find an opportunity to give your restaurant a go!
Amazing food and service by all the staff. The owner is a lovely character and loves looking after his quests. Couldnt recommend enough!
We travelled the short distance up from Clifton Hill to our old stomping ground in High Street Northcote. First time customers here at Pizza E Vino and the food, wine and chat with Enzo and staff made our night. Great service, lovely food and plenty of laughs. Our Pizza and seafood linguini were excellent. Looking forward to the next visit-thanks.
Loved it! Food was unreal, service for the waiter was friendly and fun. Felt like I was eating really nice traditional homemade Italian food. Definitely worth a try
Honestly fabulous. Our servers AND the chef all checked up throughout the night on us to make sure the food was good and yes, the food was amazing!
