Some of the best tradies I have worked with, were on time, kept us informed on the whole process throughout custom fabrication. Guys worked thru cold and rainy weather to install it. Super professional onsite, if I had more fences I would go straight to them to get it done.

Pinnacle Fencing provided a custom (cut to slope) powder coated blade fence. The detail was perfect with special posts used to match and blend in with the blade spacings. A site measure was done, installation was timely and the attention to detail exceeded expectations. Their quote was extremely competitive and value for money when seeing the end result.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company for consideration when requiring a fence that is an important feature to your major asset.

I would definitely recommend Shane and pinnacle fencing. They did a great job installing a fence and gate at the front of our property. They were very professional, friendly and hardworking.

They were great to deal with from the start including start time changes which I initiated. The installers worked hard and the fence looks great. The follow up after the install was greatly appreciated and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality fence installed.

I can highly recommend Pinnacle who are extremely responsive, work extremely hard in hot weather and deliver a quality product and installation. I am very impressed with the European sourced automation and the ability to have no need for 240V connections involving trenching and boring under the drive. Pinnacle have a great control joint look option for wiring across the surface pictured. Very happy vegemite. Terry

WOW! Where do i start? Pinnacle Fencing were amazing from start to finish. As a builder i couldn't recommend a fencing company highly enough. This is our fifth project this year. Great quality and quick turnaround. Installers Karthik and Abel worked hard and very professional to deal with.

Very disappointing service. We initially had colourbond fencing and gate plus lock installed over a year ago. We paid the invoice straight away and advised that there was an issue with the gate lock where it would not open correctly. We never heard anything back.

We hoped it would be an issue that would fix settle over time, but 4 months later, still would not work correctly.

Made contact with Shane over the next 6 months. He constantly promised to have installers come out to have a look, but this never eventuated. I understood this was a tough time for all residents within Victoria, so did not contact him again until after the lockdown for businesses ended. Still no response.

I've now had to spend $200 for a handyman to come and fix the issue. The metal pole within the lock had been cut too short, so we had to buy a new lock.

We were extremely patient and I would not have left this review if they came out to fix our lock but the continuous promising without delivering is why they deserve 2 stars. Definitely one of the cheaper installers out there, but would not recommend paying until you ensure everything is completed correctly, as they won't fix their initial mistakes.

Getting fence quotes were difficult. Shane came that week and was friendly to deal with. However, from paying the deposit to completion took nearly 3 months. We specified, in numerous occasions in person and via email, that then fence could not be higher than 1m at the front to comply with council regulations and we wanted a 10mm gap. We ended up with a 5mm gap and a very stepped fence, so much so strangers walking passed questioned the logic behind it. Upon completion, some of the panels were stepped so high, they were 1.2m off the ground (and left a gap underneath big enough for a five year old to crawl under). When we said we needed them dropped to the height we originally specified, Shane told us we would have to pay his men In cash if we wanted it done. It was all very unpleasant. The fence looks better now and it’s a quality product, but the process wasn’t great and I would not recommend them. Happy to provide pictures of the fence if requested.

Shane and his team have been absolutely professional from start to finish. The quote was quick and competitive. More importantly the finished product is amazing. The quality of the fence and sense of security and satisfaction is priceless. People stop on the street and comment about how great it looks!
