Shane and his exceptional team installed our front fence, automatic gate and side locking gates to exactly our requirements. The job was so professionally completed we are extremely happy with the result. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Shane and the guys did a fantastic job installing a new fence and electric gate in place of an old brick fence. Communication was exceptional, as Shane answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We couldn't be happier and would recommend!

I have now had my gates for 2 years and the fixings they provided are starting to fall out of the brick wall. Shane was non responsive to my requests to come and repair the gate in the first 6-12 months. He blamed my grass for the fact the micro pressure switches were not working. He then told me over the phone how to adjust them. I will be replacing my gates at my own cost. I do not recommend Shane. His installer was nice, yet in a hollow brick pillar did not use any form of anchor fix adhesive.

Hi Shane,
Your first point was 2 call outs. Did your notes mention the other 3 calls I placed with you? In the end you said it was our garden/brickworks fault and sent me a manual to adjust the pressure switches. What I have since found out by getting completely new gates installed. Was YOUR company installed into mortar rather than brick, you added no extra support in the form of brackets. Your hinge to pivot point on the 90 degree angle gate was 75mm short snd for 105 degree angle gate was 90mm short. Also your cable run underneath our driveway came out of the ground and was pinched by the motors you installed. So do not blame the customer. Just take responsibility. Thanks

Pinnacle recently installed a new motor for our automated gate. We had put this off for a year, opening the gate manually. The service was excellent, they went the extra mile. The gate was misaligned on track which meant the wooden gate was getting scratched whenever we used it. They fixed this and even gave the fence a quick paint job over the scratches, which was unexpected. Highly recommend. We are very happy.

Had a sliding driveway gate and pedestrian gate made and installed. The final product met my expectations. Highly recommend.

Shane came and visited us when it was convenient for our schedule, he gave us grab advice and options for our fence. We contacted Shane at Pinnacle Fencing for an automatic gate and fence for the front of our home which is on an acre block. We settled on an automatic swing gate and matching aluminium fencing. Pinnacle did the manufacture and installation. The guys were great to deal with.
