Pineapple Net

Unable to speak to a customer representative. Have requested a call back multiple times with no success. Wifi has been down all morning. Keep getting told I’m “first” in line but then you can only wait 3 minutes before the line asks you to leave a message and hangs up. Really unhappy with the customer service.

I have been a Pineapple Net customer for close to 1 year and very happy with the service they provide. The switch from my previous provider was easy and the setup was done swiftly by Pineapple Net. Also, great tech support in case problems occur with the service. Highly recommend

I have been using Pineapple Net for approximately 4 years and I haven't had any problems with dropouts or speeds for uploads and downloads. Would highly recommend if you like reliable internet service.

I haven't seen a better price than 150/150mpbs up/down for $69 a month. Customer service wasn't great at the start but it has improved a lot. They recently helped me fix an annoying issue with one particular website, it was something that needed to be fixed on their end. They got it turned around in a few days and even followed up with a phone call to see if it was fixed, so I'm a happy customer.

If there we 6 stars rating I would rate 7. Top speed and service. I'm in Residential 150/150mbs plan.

I signed up for Pineapple in 2020 after years of disappointing Internet providers, first with Telstra's Belong (who could only provide me ADSL+ in inner-city Melbourne) and VividWireless/Optus (via a mobile internet service) - from the day I switched Pineapple has been incredible. Super fast, helpful service, installation was quick and easy. Very happy!

Pineapple net, sounds dodgy but it’s the best internet connection and company! It’s fast, it’s cheap, and I’ve never been on hold when I’ve called! Best. Internet company. Ever!
