Pine Grove Hotel

Went on a Saturday and it’s not that busy, maybe 5-7 other tables. We sat down with 2 very young kids, waited a long time already to get our drinks and had to send one beer back as it was totally flat. We then waited another 45 min for our food when we started seeing other people around us getting served. Asked and they forgot our order. This can happen but as we’re sitting there at 1-2pm with two whiny toddlers that are getting louder - so the fact that they literally forgot and never think to ask us, staff or kitchen when the food is coming. There were about 4 people working on the floor. Very bad experience and will never come back here unfortunately.

Went to the Wildfire Pizza Deck which had spectacular views of the vineyard next door. The spuntini where great as was the pizzas. Very flavoursome and very Italian. Great place, highly recommended.

I have been coming here for years and I used to love it until now.

The sevice is horrendous.
We were a group of 10 people and all of us have said never again.

To the Manager IT IS NOT OK TO YELL AT KIDS trying to find the toilets. May be learn some manners.
You made no friends from our group.

This place is clean and inviting, the food was great, I had the Wagyu beef burger and chips. The food prices are a bit inflated

We had a large family cellebration and the Staff at the Pine grove were so helpful and friendly right from time of booking through out the lunch and splitting the bill at the end was very easy. Food was great and service was friendly and helpful.
Would recommend this restaurant to all.

Overly expensive, waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a chicken Parma…. Recooked, oily chips and a pork salad… also very poor, not eaten… $108: 00 for 2 wines, a cider and 2 terrible meals! Don’t go there

Oh wow! Was so looking forward to going to our special place. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The staff the service the ambiance and of course the food were pretty much awful. We left and both of us said never again. I never ever would recommend this venue to my friends as I have done in the past. I am not one to post negatively. Ever. I hope this magnificent venue can overcome this hiccup

Fantastic food and great service under pressure! It was packed when we visited but the staff really kept up with it and really delivered.
If you like gnocchi you have try their lamb gnocchi, it’s lovely

Wouldn’t be in a rush to return. The meals were ok and the service was slow. Definitely suffering from being under staffed.

Great pub in the hills. Excellent service and the food is elite. Loved the saganaki with the fire. Definitely will return for another meal. $15 parma and pot in sports bar

I waited 1.5h for the food to come, went to ask for it and found out the owner just picked up and ate my mates steak.

Had to give 3 stars because it may improve and wasn't terrible. Unfortunately, the night we were there, there was a completely new staff crew, but we thought perhaps it needed at least one or two experienced staff to assist the new staff. They tried hard and were pleasant and should improve with experience. My caesar salad was pretty ordinary especially for the price.
Would go back.

Went there last night for dinner. Friendly staff and food came quickly. The food was delicious, waiting to go back again.
