Thanks so much to Piercing HQ. I had a Wonderful experience getting my first scarification piece done here. Paul was extremely professional and gentle, making me feel at ease throughout the session. Bella was a delight to organise with and both made me feel supported with all of the aftercare information. 100% would recommend, I'll be back!

I found Piercing HQ online, after discussing my piercing with a friendly, professional team member over the phone I booked myself in. The team at their studio were friendly, helpful & professional. I attended 3x due to slow swelling reduction, each time I was welcomed by their friendly team & never felt like I was a 'pain'; more like a member of the family.
The studio was always presented well, being clean & sanitised. I'd highly recommend Piercing HQ & their awesome professional crew.

Great experience! Decided to treat myself to a new piercing and some new earnings. Was booked with Adam who was super kind and patient, he helped me pick out some new pieces, I never felt rushed. I got my Septum pierced at Piercing HQ, my first time to this studio, and had a beautiful experience from start to finish!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely lady who was really friendly and warm.

The gentleman who then helped me out with my jewellery choice and got me set up with my consent form was just as friendly and lovely to talk to with a great sense of humour!

My piercer, Adam, put my nerves at ease from the get go. He talked me through the whole process and asked if I had any questions along the way. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional but also really personable and funny and made the whole experience enjoyable.

The overall vibe of Piercing HQ is fantastic. Everyone I interacted with, even if they weren’t directly helping me out, was absolutely lovely. Probably the highest level of customer service I’ve ever experienced!
I would recommend them to anyone looking at getting a piercing or even just new jewellery! I will definitely be coming back for any piercings in the future.

We went for kids ear piercing and all staff were lovely and took their time. They explained very well to my daughter (and me) what was going to happen and waited for her full consent before piercing her ears. We will definitely come back with daughter #2 when she’s ready!

Me and my 2 friends went to get our tragus done here. Adam looked after us so well. He was extremely patient, friendly and calming. Talked us through everything we needed to know. Highly recommend this place, very professional, the only place to go for piercings.

Easily done. I've previously fainted when pierced. This place was great. Quick, and great work. They advised the best one for me. Even though I wanted the biggest and hugest I could get. It looks great. Healed in 2 days. No issues. 1 week later and nothing has gone wrong. Awesome.

I had my second earlobe piercing this afternoon with Emily - a little bit of context, I had my piercing when I was a baby, low pain tolerance and I'm not brave at all!

Let me tell you this, she's 100/10, super super nice, gentle and patient. She knew how nervous and scared I was! She was SO lovely and very thoughtful (no kidding, she taught me how to do breathing technique!). Definitely would recommend her to anyone who wants to get their piercing

Went in to buy some piercing jewellery and the guy who served me was incredibly condescending and rude, not a nice experience.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They explained everything to me and asked if I had any kind of questions. The place is very nice, clean and tidy. It was a very professional experience.

I have gone here for 2 piercings now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are lovely, professional and the experience is amazing from start to finish.

Had my magnetic implant done here. Was a really supportive experience and only a short moment of pain during the procedure.
They can't legally give medical advice, but I found Bepanthen cream (which I had from tattoo aftercare) really helped with the healing process.
