Floor staff ontop of everything never more than a few sec wait for service, comfortable atmosphere,

Absolutely disgusting! Couldn’t get in, I don’t even drink and was Turned away by security what a joke!

Great local pub been stopping past this pub for few years now. Tbh it just keeps getting better the food meals also the service is always 100%

It was quiet when I went the security guard was not in uniform rather sit behind the bar and at the table on his phone then what he suppose to beer was ok

They gotta do something about the sports bars toilets, it always smells. It's been like this for years and yet management aren't doing anything about it.

Decent local pub, centrally located with an alright selection of drinks. Was great for watching UFC ppv as the screens were large and well located.

The Pier Hotel has been around forever but still manages to stay updated, nice and clean with friendly staff.

I came to this venue to have a couple of drinks with friends and to have a good time. We went up to the bar to order a couple of beers to get rejected because we were apparently too intoxicated which wasn’t the case. The lady with the red hair which I believe was the manager kept giving us dirty looks. I went to the bathroom to have one of the staff follow me in to see what I was doing which was extremely unnecessary. I felt as if I had the staff looking over my shoulder the whole time. Won’t be visiting again.

Very nice place. I got the best service from Janet, she was very friendly and helpful, and I loved her Texas accent!

Bar staff were very slow they may have been new? Smoking area is small & few drunk guys arguing made it unusable

Used to be Flanagans but now trading as The Pier has had a recent facelift with its main bar presenting a modern yet slightly sophisticated feel with a touch of industrial. Tank beer is a great touch with other great craft beers/alcohol varieties (yummy cocktails) all under one roof at great prices.

The Pier also accommodates a pool table, function rooms for hire, night club, gaming room and TAB areas.

From 11am-8am you can enjoy all different aspects of this hotel as your local or just passing through.

The screaming jets were rocking! Smashed it! The support band were brilliant as well! AMAZING MUSIC! Great crowd, the bar staff were fab & security were a scream at the end of the night! (Loved you guys) It's my new fave place when I visit aus!

Was incredibly glad to find this gem of a place. On holidays in Mornington and decided to have a few drinks here driving through frankston and boy were we glad we did! I had this gin drink and they were amazing! Quality service very well made and staff were very friendly. The atmosphere is a relaxed but fun feel. It was nice to sit outside and watch the sun set the manager there michael came out and checked to make sure we were settled and talked to us about the bar and how its been revamped we loved it he really sets the place he was a great lad

The lady with pink / red hair was extremely rude yelling at people I could hear her down the street before even making my way into the venue

Yelling to get id's and vaccines out even when you had it ready still getting told to walk faster or hurry up I got told to get my ticket our and got yelled at multiple times even though it was in my hand
The venue is also very small no room to move

Great place to go for a poke. Staff are very welcoming exspeshly Margret ways enjoy when she's working

Love this place nice and quiet to enjoye very peaceful.a place to sit back and relax had a drink with friend enjoy the day.

It was fabulous, clean and organised. Staff were fun and professional. My father and I had a father daughter date so it was during lunch time hours on a Friday. It was busy but not hectic which gave the gaming area some awesome vibes without being too much. Good job Pier hotel!
