Piedimonte's Supermarket & Liquor

Two stars for the good selection in the deli. Fruit and veg they sell is wilted old and often covered in mould. Staff are never surprised when you return things and why would they be? Most of the veg is not fit for human consumption and yet day after day it sits there getting sadder and sadder. The area deserves so so so much better.

Used to be good, now they changed hours, and shut early, which is just too hard to do shopping after getting kids to bed.

Nice local store with lots of variety, let down was the check out person. Completely miserable, no acknowledgement, please, thank you, nothing

Have been shopping here for many years and while some staff are friendly and polite, there is a core few that are reluctant to even acknowledge your existence, let alone say "thank you" for spending your money there. Lacking in basic courtesy - why is that?

A Great Independent Supermarket In A Very Handy Location With A Large Carpark and They Sell Everything Including Liquor and Tattslotto

Always fresh fruit and vegetables with a great selection of pre made pastas including 400 gradi lasagne.

To be honest I went there to collect the delivery. MENULOG. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even it has plenty of parking space at the back.

Horrible selection. Most fresh produce is not that fresh, goes mouldy within a day or two, which is ridiculous given how expensive it is.been this way for years, long before the pandemic

Very handy as it's just down the road You can get those hard to find/speciality items. Downfall is it's a bit pricey and a pro is the customer service is excellent.

Friendly and helpful staff. The supermarket always has what I'm looking for and if they don't I've spoken to the manager and yhr item has been ordered for me. Competitive prices.

Local shopper at Piedimonte's supermarket. Come in usually for the deli, great range of products. Although poor deli staff look overworked and deli management seems to be snappy and rude. In alignment with the other poor reviews the store, they're also in tremendous need of a renovation. They could start with the sign at the front of the store. One star because they have a good variety at the deli, but that's about all. Better energy and prices shopping at Coles, Woolworths or Aldi.

Staff busy keeping shelves stocked and very helpful staff when I asked fir help and checkout lady was very nice

I'm glad they always have a great variety of specialty foods that I can't find at the big box supermarkets.

More like a convenience store. Little options and if a product is past its date and marked down, it is usually not for consumption yet they still sell it ‍️

Hadn't visited for a while but was pleasantly surprised at the improvements that have been made in fresh produce and ready made fresh food to heat at home

A brilliant little supermarket, especially for pasta lovers, and truly a lifesaver on Easter Friday when everything else is closed

Good discounts too to grab but best I must say r in Fitzroy moreso.

Convenient place to shop. They have a great range and we can usually pick up everything we need. Staff are friendly and helpful too.

I will never shop there again, very overpriced compared to other IGA stores in particular to one exact same item but 30 cents more. The old security guard makes the shoppping experience unpleasant by following you around the store & staring at you! How’s about a reply about the rude security guard that’s makes people feel uncomfortable. I’m not the only person that has experienced this problem & yes it is a big problem!
