I place my order on the 20th December for a 30x30 hardcover Photobook. I forgot to apply a voucher code and inquired if it was possible to apply this after checkout. It wasn't, fair enough. This was my mistake, however I would like to point out that this means I paid FULL PRICE on the order. I also paid 35$ for the VIP express shipping, which indicated that the order would be between 2-4 days, the last day being on 24th December, which would have been just perfect as another online order of mine to my partner fell through. I wanted to get something Melbourne based to make sure he would receive it by Christmas. I sent an email on the 23rd asking about this as I hadn't heard anything and there didn't seem to be any progress on my order.
I just got a vague response that I can track my order on the website and I'll get an email once it will arrive to the warehouse.

On 27th December I made an intentional call to enquire to your customer service number and the response made me furious. There was nothing done to fulfill my order and by this time it was three days after the promised delivery time. The customer service representative first reassured me that they would speed up the process of my order but then apologised and said the warehouse wouldn't be open till the 3rd of January. She also said that I should have called earlier to the customer service line, however if you would be doing your job properly I wouldn't have had to make a phone call in the first place! Also I did send the email before Christmas so I don't appreciate the blame of this situation to be placed on me.

I emailed them again on the 4th JANUARY and received reply 2 days later, saying the exact same response I got in 23rd December, only adding that the manufacturing had been closed from 23rd- 3rd Jan. Why are you offering VIP express delivery if you’re not able to deliver it on time? !

I'm outraged with the lack of care I have received from this company and as you have 100% satisfaction guarantee I would like to know how you're going to solve the issue. Getting the VIP express delivery refunded as suggested by the customer service representative I spoke with on the 27th is just not going to cut it anymore as it's already 6th of January and my partner doesn't seem any closer of getting his Christmas present.

Customer service and production has gotten worse. I've been using photobook shop/express since 2011 and recommended it to so many people. My last two orders were delayed that I had to email them to follow up and the photo printing quality appears to be worse. My current order has been in their system for 13 business days when they say 2-7 days for production, I checked online last week to see it was "in production" so I emailed them to ask for a status and they said they will look into it and provide an update, I received nothing back. I followed up again yesterday and they are now telling me that the file was never uploaded despite me having a copy of it in my emails saying it's been uploaded and already seeing on my orders that it was there, appears to have just been deleted off my order to excuse their delays. If they told me there would be a delay in printing it would be okay, things happen, but the communication and customer care is not acceptable. I no longer recommend this company. - I ordered this with express post to ensure it would arrive as a gift, it's now a wasted cost of express shipping.

Once I downloaded the program, it was pretty easy to figure out and create my projects. Having the vouchers available made it super affordable to buy multiple items of my projects for family members. Shipping time and tracking was also great. Very happy with final outcome and quality of my projects when they arrived.

Bought a groupon voucher and Ordered my chopping board 13th Dec for my anniversary for hubby on the 31st of Dec. Well within the time frames to recieve this according to their website. Still hasn't arrived 6th of January. Still sitting in production. Have sent emails and tried to call and left vms requesting callback.very dissapointing service and way past giving it as a special gift. Website is difficult to navigate. Will never buy form them again.

I had a 60page photobook done as well as a large canvas. They were both spectacular, communication was great,
I also had 5 family calendars done.i must admit that I struggled with it, i didn't find the site very user friendly

Great site with outstanding quality. Well worth the effort to master the software. Telephone help is another plus.

TERRIBLE, been waiting WEEKS and my item still hasn't even been printed yet, or shipped, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My ceramic coasters just arrived and they are splendid! Quality looks great. Delivery is slow, but that's expected. The website is horrible and the advertised discount did not work when I tried to make my initial purchase. After chatting to support for 30mins, I had to purchase a voucher to then redeem at checkout.

Love, Love, Love my calendars that I made this year. I had a issue with 1 but Photobook replaced immediately. Will continue to use these guys in future.

I love using Photobookshop to create my photo books and calendars. They all look amazing and if you watch out for the specials, you can get a really good deal.

Received our calendar. Quality was great and we have used Photobookshop many times for calendars and photo books. Always pleased with quality and fast delivery service.

Very happy with the product. A change of courier is warranted as I did not receive my order until after Christmas.
