Books were good but despite paying for express post and placing orders by Christmas cut-off the delivery was not received until after Christmas and attempts to communicate with Customer Service prior to Christmas and after delivery have been frustrating at best and impossible at worst.

I have used Photobookshop for every photobook I have created and have always been thrilled to bits with the result. Their prices are very competitive, the software easy to use and, once completed and forwarded to them, the photobook is printed and returned promptly. I highly recommend this company and I would like to thank them for their excellent service and support.

I made 3 photobooks through the website and it was good. Customer service was really good through the live chat. You can do simple designs easily but complicated ones might be more tricky and youd have to use the live chat to work it out which would work fine. The wizard is good to get something that looks like it took more time.

As per usual you have created my stories. 1 being my tour of Tasmania 2022 the other being images of Zeehan Tasmania my Dads birthplace. You do my photography justice and make them tell the story I intended. Thank you for the great work and what I consider a short turn around. I'll be back.

We ordered two copies of the same book. There is no provision to order two on the voucher they both need their own voucher. This causes much confusion.
The printing was fine and I was happy with the book, but it took a long time and I suspect the voucher system was the problem. The books were even mailed at different times.
In conclusion, the printing dept was OK, but there are administrative problems to improve.

I'm totally happy with my first Photoshop book, it looks exactly as I expected and can hardly wait to complete my next one

Excellent printing job! Their prices are pretty good if you get into the promotions. Could be a bit quicker, but not a deal breaker by any means. All in all 5 stars!

I have used photobookshop on quite a few previous occasions and each time have been extremely pleased with the result.
Their advertising campaigns are fairly significant but so too are their deals.
The company has notional prices but one would not pay those prices when their specials are much cheaper and numerous-just wait for the special, there’s always one running.

The quality of the program, the printing, the paper and the binding are all excellent.

I normally order the 26x33cm 60 page or less and I have always been impressed. Production is quick as is delivery.

If you buy on sale, standard delivery is included. There are many options along the way to ordering your book but I just go standard all the way and am always happy.

My last book was a 100 page order and even though I was happy with the book I found the binding not quite as good as my previous ones (hence the 4 stars and not 5)

I understand they had some trouble with initial binding and did the job again which is a compliment to them and their standards.

Overall I can very much recommend them as a book making company; their quality, prices on special, and speed are excellent. Personally I wont be ordering another 100 page book, apart from anything else with the thickness of paper used it makes the book quite heavy

If i could leave a zero star i would. Note to anyone looking to get their wedding photos printed. They will lower the quality of your images to suit their terrible software and printers, so you end up paying top dollar for completely blurry prints

The Photobookshop is dependable and consistent in their service delivery. I have had fifteen books and calendars delivered to date. I have never had an issue. My orders have always been printed and delivered within the promised delivery period. The software is very user friendly and the delivered product has never failed to impress. An excellent product delivered to the desired quality, within the promised time. I will continue to support this printer.

I had two photobooks made by The PhotobookShop. The books were very well made with quality paper and prints. Thanks to the PhotobookShop for a great service and delivery. The website is pretty easy to use. I showed my friends my photobooks and recommend them to use The PhotobookShop.

They did nothing wrong.but customer service could have been more accommodating when a canvas was accidentally ordered for the wrong size by my daughter. They offered a $10 refund rather than replacing the product for the correct size. A little understanding would have gone a long way in turning this into a 5

The supervisor was rude and the manager unhelpful. The delivery time is misleading. Received it nearly 6 weeks later

My second order was received 5 1/2 weeks after submission. The Supervisor and Manager could not care less.

Photo book shop again delivered. A beautiful lay flat album that everyone who has viewed it has been impressed By the quality.

In 2022 I created a lot of Photo books with Photobookshop. They are easy to create, has lots of build in functions and are good quality. On few occasions i had to use customer service and it was professional and helpful. I can recommend them.
