AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Like other users on here, the replacement screen was of poor quality. It was confirmed by a second provider that confirmed the screen replacement was not an authentic apple product (glass and display) and at a cost of $300. I was offered a free screen projector as compensation instead of a replacement.

Your staff did not communicate that the digitiser was not made by apple!

Furthermore, the original screen on my phone was in perfect working order. When i requested to have my old screen returned to me the staff look at each other and spoke briefly before agreeing to return my property. It is clear you harvest pieces for future replacements.

The phone cover I purchased from you on the same day has no marks or deep scratches like my screen does. The member of staff that looked at my phone yesterday agreed that is its is very unusual and that there was no signs of damage (abuse/dropping) to the phone, that the wear was a cosmetic issue. However, no refund could be issue as the supplier only accepts electrical faults. FYI, Your direct relationship with you supplier needs to be on different terms than your direction relationship with your costumers!

In 2014, I returned a new iPhone to an apple store for a cosmetic screen issue (along side other issues). Apple confirmed that it was a costemic fault, that the glass was too soft - a production error. They said that this issue does occur across all of their product line.

I don't understand why you seek 'sympathy' for rating you 1 star. Improve your service and products to all your customers and people will offer better ratings. You rating on this occasions is accurate.

I do hope your business reviews its approached, it clear from other reviews I don't stand alone, and we simply shouldnt have to put up it with your businesses shortcomings.

Quick and professional service. He was the only one who agreed to fix the phone when all others in the area denied. He has a can do attitude to fixing the phones and knows his stuff.

They repair my phone twice. Both times they found what is wrong instantly and repair it in few minutes and second time they had repaired what in five others told me that it is impossible to repair!

Asked them to repair the charging port on an Samsung A5 2017. They did it fairly quickly, even though the repair was more complex than expected. But they still charged the quoted price. Good to deal with, excellent communication. I would go there again.

May be able to find a cheaper quick fix elsewhere but wouldn't trust anyone more than these guys with my phone.

These guys are excellent -I have used them for several repairs and screen protectors etc and they always give good advice and do not over sell. I have found them to be technically very good and I will go back there when i have a problem with any of my phones. Well done Sonny!

Agree with others. These guys are fair and honest. Will fix your phone at a very competitive price. Cant recommend them enough.

I damaged my iphone screen and took it to phone care clinic to repair.

After the screen was replaced - the face ID functionality did not work (which can happen when the cord is damaged during the repair process).

I tried resolving the issue; however they stated that the phone was severely damaged prior to the repair (not true). When handing the phone over for repair, they checked the camera and other functionality - all working fine. Only the screen was to be replaced.

Be vary wary of Phone Care Clinic.

I will be taking this matter to Consumer Affairs Victoria.

Got my iPhone SE screen repaired a few weeks ago down the road, and went to this place to get it repaired again after I broke it a second time (super unlucky). Takes a bit longer here (about an hour), but he did a fabulous job and uses original parts which fits my phone better than the previous replacement. Fair price, very professional and helpful. Thank you!

Didn't like the service I got.i came to fix my tablet, the person in thes shop wasn't too nice.the fixing took too long and after only 3 weeks it's making the same problems.won't go back there.

Really upset with this business. Had a phone fixed today, quoted $189 and when it was collected cost $234! Not happy. Won't be back!

Bad service. Bad communication. Will not recommend the place.
Change of battery in iPhone 5s. After repair, there was a minor gap between the screen and the phone, in upper right corner. Unfortunately we saw this when we got back home, so we had to go back to the store again to get it fixed. The guy at the store told us, it was because of all the dents in the screen and aluminium-frame, but he could give it a little bit of glue. Why did he not put glue on it, in the first place, when changing the battery? Or maybe warn us in the beginning about the gap, before changing battery.

Cheap quality screen. I got mine fixed and the next day the screen had cracked again over my front camera despite me not dropping it. Refused to believe me or help me out at all instead he wanted to charge me again to fix it and accused me of dropping the phone.

Absolutely delighted with each phone we've had repaired here.
