HONEST PEOPLE! Dropped my phone in the toilet and the iPhone people told me it couldn’t be fixed, or my other option was to send it away taking 6 weeks to MAYBE fix, I tried these guys at Phone Care. They fixed it overnight by taking it apart and drying it out— for a low fee. Ten stars! ️️️️️️️️️️

Highly recommend these guys for any repairs you need. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and great value for money. My phone screen and power button stopped working after I got water damage, I was told by others it was not repairable but these guys repaired it with no fuss and I can't thank them enough! Amazing service by Phone Care Clinic, fixed my phone really quickly and then when I had a small issue with it, replaced the screen again under warranty sighing 15 minutes. Definitely recommend for all your phone repairs and accessories

Not happy at all.
Went in for a screen repair about 3-4 months ago which cost with a screen protector just over $300.
Screen protector wasn't sticking so asked for it to be fixed and was refused. Now -3-4 months later walking down street drop phone again just have the screen break again. Absolutely robbed and not impressed at all.
I'm up for another $300 plus because of ur faulty service.
Worst thing is at first I was impressed but after just couple weeks when screen protector wasn't sticking and asked to be fixed which would have been as simple as adding more glue I was refused and told another $70 to be replaced, made me realise ur company is struggling to provide a honust service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Like other users on here, the replacement screen was of poor quality. It was confirmed by a second provider that confirmed the screen replacement was not an authentic apple product (glass and display) and at a cost of $300. I was offered a free screen projector as compensation instead of a replacement.

Your staff did not communicate that the digitiser was not made by apple!

Furthermore, the original screen on my phone was in perfect working order. When i requested to have my old screen returned to me the staff look at each other and spoke briefly before agreeing to return my property. It is clear you harvest pieces for future replacements.

The phone cover I purchased from you on the same day has no marks or deep scratches like my screen does. The member of staff that looked at my phone yesterday agreed that is its is very unusual and that there was no signs of damage (abuse/dropping) to the phone, that the wear was a cosmetic issue. However, no refund could be issue as the supplier only accepts electrical faults. FYI, Your direct relationship with you supplier needs to be on different terms than your direction relationship with your costumers!

In 2014, I returned a new iPhone to an apple store for a cosmetic screen issue (along side other issues). Apple confirmed that it was a costemic fault, that the glass was too soft - a production error. They said that this issue does occur across all of their product line.

I don't understand why you seek 'sympathy' for rating you 1 star. Improve your service and products to all your customers and people will offer better ratings. You rating on this occasions is accurate.

I do hope your business reviews its approached, it clear from other reviews I don't stand alone, and we simply shouldnt have to put up it with your businesses shortcomings.

My phone stopped working on a Sunday during COVID lockdown. I rang these guys and left a message on their phone thinking I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed until business hours on Monday and I’ve got a call back I made an appointment to drop it off and I picked it up before 5 pm fully functioning again. I cannot speak highly enough for the service offered by this company and by the amazing array of phones and phone covers available inside the store.

The guys here are friendly, honest, super efficient and reasonable. I always get phone issues resolved super fast here!
