Will never beat Richmond Vietnamese however the beef pho was better than I expected. Dumplings were a bit doughy and bland. The staff were very pleasant though.

Simple, fresh and tasty. Overall a great value meal. Fantastic to have this option by the beach. Thumbs up from the whole family across 3 generations!

Excellent simple Vietnamese food. We were very happily surprised at this tasty distraction from heavier dinner fare on the peninsula
