Pho Minh Long

Will not come again. Meat not tender for Pho dac biet Ta pin lu, noodles over cooked, broth was ordinary.
Staff attitude: long faced, no smiles. Seem to be there under duress?
Sorry, but no customer service means you lose customers plus food ain’t great

Just had a delicious hot dinner, the beef was tender, scallops tender. Staff were flat out as they, like so many businesses, just can’t find personnel.

Clean and helpful staff. Our Sunday lazy night to go to as much as going for night out for dinner with our friends

Fantastic customer service. Welcomed atmosphere. Food was very tasty. I don't normally write reviews but I had to. I had dinner with my daughter at Ringwood last night the first time at this restaurant. Staffs were great, they always smiled and made you feel at home. Overall we had a great time here.
We were sitting next to a group of 4 tourists, who were loud and rude flickered fingers at staffs when ordering. Apart from that we enjoyed our first time there. Highly recommended. We def will come again.

I love the pho here but the male waiter (boss?) is in serious need of a personality transplant. He's laughing and joking with his colleagues but every customer is treated like something to be quickly removed from the bottom of his shoe

Ordered the Beef and Chicken Pho for $13.00
To be honest, it was good; not great! The broth and spices are the thing that really make a good Pho dish and while the taste was there, it just seemed a little lacking in rich flavour. It’s certainly not bad, but definitely room for improvement!

A great restaurant with wide choice of dishes.
The food comes pretty quickly and tastes delicious.

Horrible place to dine in if you’re hungry or stress.the customer services are very rude and not very friendly.always rushing when you about to made the orders!
Worst PHO restaurant in local!

Worst waiter service ever! I asked for a bigger sharing bowl and the waiter at the counter can stare at me and said he doesn't have a bigger bowl? I asked to sit in a particular seat and he said no when all the seats are empty! Don't ever come as they don't make u feel welcome!

Good foods and fast service and friendly. Although this place is just really busy at all time. Probs we shall come again soon

Worst place to eat and worst staff i ever seen. I regret i spent my time and money in this restaurant. Zero Start

Have to be honest that the food itself is quite decent. However, the service leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

As someone who have worked in customer service, I understand that it can be a tough job. But I wasnt expecting over the mile service or anything like that, just basic courtesy and manner. The constant show of sassy attitude makes me feel like you dont want to work there and gives an un-welcoming vibe.

If you are looking for vietnamese food I suggest looking somewhere else. Lots of better place with friendlier people working.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to with tonight’s experience. This place used to be a go to Vietnamese restaurant but in the past year or so it’s all gone down hill. I understand that delays are expected due to a lack of staff but it’s a different story when you wait for almost 45 minutes for multiple items to be missing and for food to arrive warm/cold, no apology for the mistakes either.

Myself and my family have given this place plenty of chances over the year and it seems to just be getting worst. There was one boy who had glasses and he seemed to be the only one working and running up and down whilst the others were chatting and wondering around ignoring both customers waiting to be seated as well as customers waiting for orders to be taken.

Definitely not returning again after tonight’s experience

Yesterday I had ordered food and had to wait over 1hour for my order then the lady came back to me after I had to ask 3 times where was my order and then after 10 minutes she decided to give me attitude, very disgusting behaviour and service when I received my order it was so cold, I'm upset with how rude she was and the poor service I will tell everyone I know to never go there, 100 percent Terrible service

Service is terrible. Used to be ok now its a joke. Seeing some of these other reviews makes me wonder a bit about the safety of the food though:/

This place is actually better than the Mitcham one imo, in fact the quality of the food (e.g. The light, crispy texture of the pork on my pho) and the specially made sauce here reminds us of how good the Mitcham one used to be

Ordered takeaway pho, was given COLD soup with RAW beef, how on earth am I going to eat it. If takeaway pho required cooking I would not order takeaway.
