Worst customer service
I ordered beef pho and the employee didn’t let me know that they had an option between raw and cooked meat, they just gave me a raw meat without warning me and when I went back to work the food was cold n I can’t even cook the raw meat because it was very thick. When I called they hung up on me? !? !
Never going back there ever again in my life

The Beef phos here are amazing, decent portions size and the flavour of everything is delicious. The noodles is tender and beef is tender. Recommend this place if you want a good noodle soup!

The food is good. It has been an old store for many years, and the price is also rising steadily.

The best Vietnamese food in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne is found here. I’ve been eating from Pho Minh Long for more than 5 years and it has been amazing every time.

Chaotic management and no customer service. It’s not acceptable to tell your customers to be patient and keep them waiting for 30 minutes then found you didn’t take their orders.

Forgot to take my 2 pho order until the waitress saw the pho salad on our table after half hour. And when we wanted the bill they couldn’t find the orders on the table at all. You are an Asian restaurant and you just ruined the reputation. Highly not recommended.

Shockingly bad attitude from one of the wear glasses male waiters. I'm a regular since I really enjoy couple of dishes from this restaurant, and it's walking distance from home. But, this male waiter kept shocking me with his rudeness every single time. I didn't leave a review before, because I thought he might just have had a bad day or it's because the restaurant was busy. BUT IT'S NOT, IT'S JUST HIS ATTITUDE.

My favourite place to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dishes are delicious and doesn't disappoint. Fast service.

Poor customer service like others have said. Young guy at cashier is extremely rude. Lady with tattoo is even worse with eye rolling at customers when I asked for some extra sauce. Poor hygiene and standards of food have dropped. Better options out there with your hard earned money.

Today will be last time ill be bringing colleagues or recommending this restaurant. We miss the good food and the old waiter that used to work here.

Loved it all. Will be returning for sure. Every dish was delivered to the table quickly and was extremely tasty.

Great value for money Vietnamese, the chicken and beef Pho is awesome with the large size enough for both me and my wife. I’ve eaten in here before at lunch time and everything that I see being brought out to other tables looks great, the service is prompt and efficient and you can’t beat the prices…. Probably the only reason it’s not a 5 is because it’s not the most inviting dining environment, it’s comfortable enough but isn’t the right place for a special celebration or romantic kind of dinner where you spend more time than is necessary to eat but well worth visiting Mihn Long just for the food

We went for lunch and was delicious… we enjoyed curry puffs, spring rolls, san choi bao, rare beef noodle and bun salad with pork and spring rolls …
We will definitely return to this restaurant the staff were very pleasant and nothing a problem….

I wouldn't say their Bánh Xèo - Vietnamese pancake is authentic. It is missing mung bean. But it is still really delicious. The pork & prawn were stir-fired with lemongrass+ onion + beanshot. The portion is huge.

My husband really like his salt and pepper chicken ribs. It was super delicious.

Also their durian smoothie was super bomb

I saw they have goat hotpot on their special menu. Would come back and try soon.

Best cheap feed in town! Don’t expect much in terms of decor but the food here is delicious every time. Try the broken rice or the beef and beef brisket pho!

Forgot the sauce for our vermicelli twice. Used to be a good place but I'm not going to bother anymore.

These people should be ashamed of themselves. We dined here with our three young children, when leaving we accidentally left my sons $150 scooter and $50 helmet (gift) in the restaurant. A few days later we realised where we had left it, called them straight away only to be told that they had thrown it out. Our guess is they didn't throw it out but have given it to a child. Absolute disgrace. If it is returned I will take down this post.

Pho served with no veges or herbs and not fixed when we brought it to waiter's attention. Served Spring rolls not ordered and when our chicken sate arrived at end of meal it was deep fried and tasteless. Poor service and poor response to problems with our meal. Good Viet coffee.

Delicious meals. Fast efficient service. Large serves, amazing coffee. Definitely 5 stars place. Once you try you have to come back for more.
