The best pho in eastern suburbs. Dishes are brilliant, and most significantly, the environment is sooooooooo clean.

This would be our only pho restaurant from now on.

Really delicious pho! The chicken broth is particularly good! The bowls are well priced, the staff are friendly, and there is great complimentary tea on the tables.
Will definitely be back

My favourite restaurant to have pho.

Their soup is packed with flavour and the noodle itself tastes super good.

I love the ambience of the restaurant as well, takes me back to when I was in Asia having a nice warm bowl of noodle in a similar restaurant setting.

Service is also very good and quick! Highly recommend to anyone craving for a scrumptious bowl of pho!

Big serving of pho for $14 (medium), spacious premise but it s full house the acoustic is a distraction

My favourite for over 25 years when they had a smaller store down the street. This is my number 1 choice.

We are regulars ordering takeaway large raw beef. Soup was tad salty (maybe because it wasn't busy and broth is continuously boiled) and meat portion was slightly smaller this time. Hope it's just a once off occurence.
Oh, price increase as well.

Authentic and fresh Vietnamese food. I really like this place. It’s no nonsense and the real deal. Yummy fun dessert drinks too

My new favourite Vietnamese. The chicken soup stock was wonderful and the sliced chicken in it was tasty and tender: Not the dried stuff you get in lots of places. The grilled chicken was flavoured all the way through with a really good marinade. All also great air conditioning on a really hot day.

Handed me the menu, waited 10 minutes and never bothered to take my order. While happily taking orders from everyone else and doing other things. Walked out and will tell others about this and I won't be back ever.

Been there one other time quite a while back. Overrated. Combination Beef Pho is largely just sliced beef instead of all other cuts of beef. The amount of beef inside is stingy. Broth is good but not the best. Only good thing about this place is the quite modern setting.

If you want good all round probably head down to I Love Pho down the road, generous portions, friendly and fast service, good broth. Otherwise, best I've tasted is Pho Chu Te (customer service could be better), Co Do or the other places in Richmond.would give them all a go.

It was pretty good.
Everything was made quickly and prettywell all of it was fresh, except for our vegetarian rice paper rolls whereby some of the casing was too stretchy and somewhat stiff and too chewy. We left those bits on our plates. Strangely though, when I arrived back at my daughter's place on the border of Hawthorn/Kew the broth was only lukewarm. Luckily the weather was hot and we didn't mind too much however hot pho broth is always preferable. We have eaten in and had take away from Pho Hung Vuong2 before and though it wasn't quite up to its 90%+ standard this time, overall it was still pretty good.

Really great. Big servings, broth was delicious and great variety of meat and offel in the soup.

Solid Pho, legit ambiance and fast service.

I opted for their chicken pho with extra chicken and I thoroughly enjoyed it. A nice broth and decent fresh pieces of chicken, none of that funky old chicken that some places use?

I also had a 3 colour drink, fried prawn spring rolls and some fresh pork rolls. Just nice! ️️️

So I went to Pho Hung Vuong 2 because it has alot of almost 5 star reviews. I went here a few weeks ago to try their Bun Bo Hue and reviewed that as disappointing.
I wanted to give them another chance and went in last week to try their pho…after all, with such a good review ratings, maybe it was that one off time.
I’m sorry to review that their combination beef pho was also a disappointment. I went last week. Worse, because their noodles were so over cooked that some of it was broken into small pieces and almost mushy or it was still in long pieces but very very soft. Clearly overcooked.
The broth was overly sweet and just barely hot enough with fairly small and thin slices of beef. Good amounts of tripe and tendon though. Minimal Thai basil given, like one scrawny sprig.

But hey, nearly every table was full and with people having to wait for tables (which made me nervous given these covid times) but the staff did check everyone for the vax pass.
So I guess I’m in the minority or my palate is broken. This place wouldn’t be busy if people didn’t enjoy the food I suppose.
But I feel like a few of the pho places on Victoria St are just churning out subpar inauthentic food without caring because people will still come if they’re open.
I’ve been watching a few videos of the pho places in the USA and Vietnam and you can see the passion come through in the food. They haven’t westernised or watered down their food, maybe because the competition is so fierce if they don’t stay good, they’re out.

Sorry for the long rant but given covid, eating out every once in awhile has been an event for me to really look forward to and my disappointment is greater.

Also, anyone else notice pho is getting so much more expensive now?

The food here is consistently great! Something to work on though is hygiene standards. One of the wait staff wears a blue glove that he seems to wear permanently as he clears the dishes, and then I observe that same blue glove dip into my bowl of soup being served to me.

One of the best Pho in Abbotsford. Great depth of flavour in the base stock, simple fresh ingredients and good quality meat trimmings. I tried Beef Pho with Beef Slices, Brisket n Fat. They have 13 different varieties of just Beef Pho, also have chicken n pork Pho with few other side dishes. A must try place!

Thank God for Vietnamese migration to this country that enriches society with their culture and cuisine. Hot Pho noodle soup before an Aussie rules game, oh what a feeling

I like the chicken pho there but I can say I love the green tea. I asked one of the staff if I could charge my mobile and he got my mobile and charge it for me.

Tried many pho restaurants all over melbourne but nothing beats the broth here. Had the chance to try the vermicelli salad once but the grilled chicken was served cold.stick with the pho!

I've been coming here a couple of times a month for the last few years. It's cheap, and always tasty. Not somewhere 'to impress a special someone' but if you can't be bothered to cook it's a reliable and cheap option.
