Food was okay, one of the chubby lady workers were very rude and had no care for customer service, the guy waitress was a tad nicer though.

Food is below average only spring rolls is nice service is the worst they lost our order and did not apologise of give and explanation will not be going back waited over 40 mins for nothing. Don’t waste your time go to the pho place next door they are so much better.

Went to this restaurant for lunc with my partner. Good portion size and food tasted alright. Half way through our meal we found dead COCKROACH in our noodle soup.we complained to the waitress staight away and they took it back to the kitchen. She asked if we wanted another bowl but OBVIOUSLY we didnt want to eat it. We stoped eating other dishes as soon as we found out and we felt sick. The waitess apologized but they still charged us the price of other dishes and we left after paying. I think its ridiculous that they keep their hygiene to this level and we would NOT go back to this restaurant. There’s plenty of other Vietnamese restaurants which are much more clean and better food.

This definitely brought back the real Vietnamese taste to my tongue. I had pho jung a few weeks ago and it was so bland.

Id say best in springvale but not the best in Melbourne.

Its very cramped but the food is worthit.

Wouldnt recommend if you have a baby as its very dirty and you wont have enough space to feed your baby

I've had average meals here with average service but on Sunday 14th January I came here with a friend and was served probably the best bowl of restaurant pho I've had in the past 2 or 3 years. I couldn't believe how superb it was. Sweet, aromatic, hearty broth, perfectly cooked meat, noodles textures to perfection. The cherry on top was having the waiter chase me down the road as I forgot my backpack which had extremely important contents haha. Many thanks to that lad. Will be back. Cam on!

Been three times and previously enjoyed the BBH and Pho. Went today with 8 others and everyone agreed that their meal was tasteless and poor quality. Well below the standard quality of springvale Vietnamese restaurant. Staff just threw down the food without trying to correctly putting in front of person who ordered it. Won't be back.

Best Pho out of the several dozens in Melbourne. Cosy however a bit run down nevertheless best pho.

Average food and poor service. Staff did not attend customers waiting at entrance and basically threw our bowls of pho on the table. No cutlery on multiple tables so we had to get it from someone elses.

One of my favorite pho shops in Melbourne, I always get a large bowl of brisket/fatty brisket pho and a tri-color ice drink. Their service is fantastic but that's probably after visiting for a bunch of times and getting to know the waitresses. This place doesn't have anything else besides pho, so if you like pho, just get the pho and choose up to two different kinds of meat. Make it easy for yourself and on the restaurant.

Actually the portion, price and taste are ok. But my husband went toilet and he saw the crazy filthy kitchen, won’t go back again.

Foods is alright, however very bad customer services, and cleanness of the restaturant! Would not come back here again!

Love love love this pho! I always get the combination beef and chicken and it’s the best pho around. Very authentic and highly recommended Vietnamese place. Well priced and flavour combinations on point - I brought some friends from interstate here and they loved it as well.

Pho is yum, quick service and my friends tell me the bun bo hue is delicious as well. It loses a few stars due to cleanliness.

A little bit dirty, eg: the floors and tables.also kind of cramped, but the reason i come to this place is for the amazing pho. Great place to hangout, would highly recommend

The food is so so, but the service is terrible. The young lady at the cashier has very bad attitude, keeps staring at the customer. How comes she services with that rudeness?
