Wasn’t expecting this good! The portion of Bun bo hue is plenty, totally meat lover’s paradise. For the coconut smoothie I had was awesome as well. Good environment, friendly service, amazing food. Definitely come back again.

- Customer service was poor
- Dishes came out at different times, my family had finished eating by the time I got my main meal

Great food at a good price.

Had the bun bo hue and matcha frappe. The bun bo hue was great. The matcha frappe was bad.

Priced at around $15/dish.

Yummy Vietnamese food. Try and avoid peak hour though (12-2pm) otherwise you’ll likely be queueing up

The chilli lemongrass chicken is so delicious. There was a queue but it progressed quickly and the food was served within 15 min from ordering. Worth the wait. Will visit again

Best Vietnamese Restaurant Springvale. Vietnamese pancake is great. Springrolls have the best flavour

Ordered bun bao hue takeaway. About 5min later girl handed over bag, stating bun bao hue. Got home to find out they give me pho. It wasn’t busy, I was the only person ordered takeaway at the time.how the heck u can make a mistake on a simple order? Unacceptable!

Newly renovated after the pandemic lockdown. After reading a few negative reviews, we ventured here to experience it ourselves.
Tables were clean, hot tea and cups were available on the tables.

The menu was very extensive. So many selections there.

Our order arrived in 10 minutes (yes I timed it).
Bun Rieu was tasty but less meat/toppings compare similar restos. The dried noodle with spicy chicken ribs was almost perfect. I would prefer less sauce on the noodle though. Mung bean drink was good, less sweet would be preferrable.

Overall it was a nice dining experience. I definitely will come back again to try other dishes on the menu.

Update Mar 2022:
Tried Crispy chicken with red rice. Really nice, they prepared the chicken right. I don't use the provided sweet sauce (sweet dish not my thing), instead use the house chilly sauce. Awesome combination. 5/5

Just about the worst service at a Vietnamese restaurant Ive ever experienced. Been to Vietnam numerous times and have had the most memorable hospitality and friendliness from the people. This restaurant however just couldn't care less and straight up lied to my face. Ordered some takeaway and was missing fried eggs in both my Special Broken Rice. Took it back in and told them. After going in and out of the kitchen and mumbling amongst themselves they said it was under everything else in the box. Trusting them I said thanks and left. Got home and opened up the box and there were no fried eggs. Says a lot about the owner and staffs credibility. In addition, theres a lot of Viet restaurant that states "Flame grilled pork chop" on their menu for broken rice but its just lies as most are deep fried. Overall just dishonest practice from all these restaurateurs.

Visited for late Sunday lunch. First impressions very positive: nicely renovated, bright, clean, attractive menu, good service. Salt and pepper chicken was still juicy but the noodle texture let it down somewhat. The pho was decent, the accompanying vegetables were fresh but unfortunately the texture of noodles used and cut of beef let the dish down. Large portions, price comparable to others.

Nice busy place. Looks good after their renovation. Like the crispy noodle. Beef on tomato rice is so good. Beef is very tender. Pancake taste better than the place on the main road

Buyers beware. Tally your bill before you pay. I ordered a vegetable and rice ($12), hot and sour soup ($4.50) and lemon soda ($4.00). The man read out my bill exactly as above when I went to pay, and proceeded to charge me $34.50.

The taste is good, but I doubt with the hygiene condition, cause it always smells stinky in the room.

Been coming here for years. Different owners over time but the food is still pretty much the same quality and has never disappointed. Fairly priced, clean and quick service. Be mindful that its cash only - i normally mark down for this but its kinda half expected at an Asian joint.

Favorites are the chicken spare ribs, fried chicken with tomato rice and the diced beef. Of course the pho is excellent as well. Top it off with a 3 colour drank or a lychee/coconut shaved ice and your set for pure Viet cuisine satisfaction.

I regularly dine here. Great food, large menu, you cannot go wrong with their pho, good value for money, I believe they are clean although they do not look clean:) A bit messy place, laid back environment.
