Wow! Fast service. Ordered Tuesday from Melbourne, got it Thursday in Rosebud Vic. When your keyboard is dead you need a new one fast. Keyboard is better than old one as characters are easier to see - bright white. Also good value

This place is fantastic, they are welcoming, friendly and experts. I came in to phinko with both of my computers broken, within only 15 minutes one of my computers was fixed and the second only took a further week. I would 100% recommend getting your repairs here especially if you need your mac repaired as any other place I went to tried to put me on a waiting list for weeks where as here it was as quick as possible.

Got a replacement battery for my Dell laptop from here along with warranty. Mark was really knowledgeable, honest and straight forward. I was specifically asking for a spare as I already knew how to change the component myself. Most places wanted me to still pay the 'service' fee for the labor and refused warranty on parts that are installed by the customer themselves. Definitely recommend this place/Mark.

Phinko are the best - reasonably priced, prompt, good communication, and high quality work! Mark quoted me to upgrade my mac and assumed he'd have to replace the cracked screen. But he did such a careful job he was able to keep the screen and save me hundreds!

I got my Asus ROG laptop broken because i spilled some water to the laptop and it doesnt want to turn on after that.it only took a couple days until it fixed.i would recommend this place for people looking for reparation services for their laptop.the price also reasonable for me.

I had purchased 'Keyboard' for Lenovo Thinkpad laptop; more than 10 months ago. Recently observed several keys are not working and thought to ask the seller, even though it is more than 3 months old (from the date of purchase).
