Mark recently repaired my PC & within a couple of days & was also able to ressurect my hard drive which I could see, but, not populate, he also installed this drive as a secondary unit, installed the graphics card & full size rear cover. I have been going to Phinko for approximately 12 years now, when they were located in High Street Preston, then relocating to Richmond. Laptop battery had lower capacity than stated in product listing and did not report the charge percentage correctly. Received a full refund with no issue, but the business then had my public comment about the issue deleted from eBay.

Great service, ordered a charger and got it almost instantly really cool store and great customer service

Spilt coffee on my laptop keyboard and had to rip the keys off. Couldn't get the keys back on afterwards! Tried multiple stores, no one could do it. Told me I would have to send the keyboard away for weeks and completely replace the whole thing for hundreds of dollars! Phinko reattached the keys for $20 in under an hour, can't thank them enough!

Been dealing with these guys for years and I can only say they are the kindest and best people I have dealt with in the IT industry.

I purchased a battery from them for my MacBook Pro. 5 months later it stopped working. I was expecting a bit of resistance when I sought an exchange, but as the warranty sticker was still in place, they replaced it no questions asked, and their service was friendly, professional and polite. I would certainly buy from them again.

This company has NO problem increasing the price of their product advertised on eBay. The person changed the price of the item while I was on the phone with them. DO NOT believe a word from them and make sure to check the $$$$ price $$$$
