Phat Yaya's

New owners have taken over! Spent $90 last night on 3 boxes & wrap. The coleslaw was revolting and had no mayonnaise on it. Not a little mayonnaise but absolutely none. The usual tender & delicious chicken seemed to be the dregs of a normal cooked chicken from a supermarket. The wrap had no sauce and also tasted rubbish. Not a problem I thought, I will call the new owner and explain to give him a chance to replace the meals. I called and was greeted by a rude man who said I am busy call back. No need to call back as we won’t ever go there again. Save your money and find a new place to eat.

First time tasters, last time ordering from here, Hardly any lamb in Kebabs was more lettuce than anything, The Eggplant chips was tasteless and full of oil. $44.was wasted We are of Greek heritage and having the name Yaya's was very disheartening. Thankyou but no Thanks!

So I've stopped eating my food to write this.
I got the Texan pork.this is a strange experience pork coleslaw cheese onion rings. This is not in anyway a reflection of a gyro a souvlaki or anything really.
My partner got the yaya lamb. It was as if it was a salad in pita. 2 maybe 3 chunks of meat in it no sauce we had to look for it and eggplant chips dripping with oil.

Not planning on a return and would advise strongly against these over priced meals.

Really great variety and friendly service. I especially impressed by the vegetarian and vegan options. They had at least 3 different options for vegetarian/vegans. The cauliflower was delicious, I'll have to come back to try the other options.
Fresh salad and chips are nice a crispy.
Grab some takeaway and head to the beach or the park.

Good quality food, ordered the meat pack, with extra meat, curious as to how much meat I had got without the extra as for the price i feel their servings of meat could be a little more generous. Other than that great chips, salad and meat.

Sorry but ordered a simple lamb Suva x4 Can’t go wrong. (Lol). Well it was. Grey lamb no seasoning. Stale bread. Was not good. What was great was door dash delivery.

Great food. Never had a bad meal from Phat Yaya’s. Highly recommend it!
The only downside is that delivery times can be hit and miss depending on how busy it is. Last night the order was 50 mins later than the confirmation text message said it would be. Thankfully though, the food is worth the wait.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Food was cold, delivery took almost an hour and live about a km away.chips were flaccid and cold.
Very disappointing, when i contacted restaurant various times to seek resolution to the issue no one ever returned my calls or emails! Definitely will NEVER go here again.

Delicious! Easy to order, fast delivery- arrived hot and fresh, quality ingredients and was absolutely delicious.

Here’s an example of how much I love Phat Yayas…. I get the Texan chicken wrap, which is my favorite. Actually it’s the only one I’ve tried because every time I tell myself to try something different, I somehow am drawn to order the Texan! I take a bite and eat it very slowly, savoring every mouthful because I don’t want it to end! It’s soooooo good!

Delicious fresh food, generous quantity, arrived hot and on time. Loved the lamb box and brisket souva, best beef souva ever. Big menu, lots of choice.

$4.50 for a can! The Cajun chicken wrap was meh. The Onion rings were the standout. If I pass this place again would definitely stop for the Onion rings.

Another excellent experience here. Such a great variety of options and loads of vegetarian too. Ordering through their website was easy and you can see location of delivery which is a nice touch outside of the normal food delivery services. Food quality is excellent and I’m happy with the pricing when I’m getting food quality. Definitely worth eating here!

Do yourself a favour and give Phat Yaya's a go. Great friendly service in a spotless store. The food was amazing!

Easily the best takeaway in Mornington. Super fresh. Heaps of different souvas. Awesome onion rings and chips.

Great new addition to the Mornington Peninsula food scene! Food was delicious, reasonably priced and enjoyed by the whole family.

Service was great and the owner came out and had a good chat whilst I waited for my order to be finalised.

Great to have a fantastic new option for dinner and we will be back!

Cannot recommend this place enough. The food was clean and fresh, tasted amazing. Awesome set up and can't wait for Summer bevs there too. Well done Jess and team!

Nice new addition to Mornington however was disappointed in what was ordered. Was told over the phone that the salad option on the boxes will come with fetta etc (the staff didn't know and guessed) and it of course came without fetta. Asked for dressing on the side yet the salad came fully dressed.

Need to pick up the game in regards to giving customers the right information. Beef brisket was nice however.

An absolutely delicious Friday night takeaway choice that filled 6 hungry tummies and had something for everyone - including gluten free options! The meat was yum, the meal sizes were spot on and the souvlaki's were cooked to perfection! We will absolutely be coming back for more, thank you so much Phat Yaya's for a super yummy meal and efficient ordering system!:)
