Very good customer service, the staff is always ready to help you. They offer a huge range of products and a DYO dog wash that is my favorite!
The staff are all amazing they are very helpful, the store is well set out with a good selection of products. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Not as big as the larger PETStock stores but still a pretty decent range. I found some good dog toys at reasonable prices but I found that I had to approach the staff to ask for help rather than them approaching me. Otherwise, smooth transaction and got what I came for.
Extremely fast and polite service, well staffed easy to get in and out if that's your aim. Staff are very friendly if you have more time available!
AMAZING STAFF.at 9am on a Sunday.rang chasing a small inflatable collar.they checked stock before i went there, then helped fit it in the store.lucky they did as 1st one had a hole.

This Pet goods mainstay in Ormond is a great place for dogs, cats, birds and fish. With a convenient on premises dog grooming and self service as well.

Never short on helpful staff. Great place to get pet supplies for most walks of life. My chickens are sure happy.
Friendly staff. You can take your dogs in to the store and let them socialise with other dogs and point out to whatever they're craving for.
