The staff here know what they are selling, they are more than happy to discuss products with you, making sure you select the right item for your pet. Search online for the lowest price on what you want, and they are happy to price match. I have ferrets, chickens, fish and a cat, a one stop shop is what I need, and it's right here in Mitcham.

Great staff, always friendly and very helpful! They understand how difficult some dogs can be when it comes to food and make the exchanging process very easy which really takes the stress out of trying new foods. There food brands rewards program is also really good value.

Great flavoursome meals. This was on of the best dining experiences i have experienced. The fish dish was yum, and fresh! Almost too fresh. The desert was a bit hard. And it tasted like chicken, but the chicken had been killed 50 year prior. The service was adequate

Always has what I'm after. However, I don't buy dog food from them because I like to feed my dog Australian made produce and unfortunately they don't sell any of the brands there.

Good range of cat food, kitty litter and toys. Plenty of doggo stuff too. Not a huge selection of fish things though.

I paid Golden Retreiver Rescue Vic $300 in a charity auction last year for a prize “donated” by PETstock, apparently $700 worth of their in-house brand pet food (probably very poor quality anyway, let’s be honest). After four contacts to them I have received nothing.

PETstock, you have taken advantage of the kindness of dog rescue groups, and this is unforgivable - I will be telling this story far and wide.

These guys are always so friendly and helpful. They've become our go-to pet supply shop, even though they're a bit of a distance from home!

Very helpful staff member, inexperienced at catching fish, but quick thinking, delicate and successful. Very humorous and will go back. Fish i got are doing really well.

Go there for our dogs raw food diet. Unfortunately, they bath is open so it is hard to have 2 dogs for bath time.

Had really great service at PETstock this week and got exactly the products I was seeking. The staff were attentive, patient and overall a pleasure to deal with. Top marks for customer service and keeping the store well stocked.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Have some product and options variety and the store is quite large due to its length. Free membership let's you earn points at any store and not just the one you joined at. Dog washing area towards the back where you can pay to leave the mess behind, its a good set up. Street car parking and there is a multi level car park at back of shopping strip.

Friendly staff and a large range of cat food & toys makes PETstock my kitty cats favourite place. The Mitcham store has a huge selection of activity stations and scratching posts.
