Went into the store today to purchase some products for my dogs. The two young female shop assistants were very unpleasant. I’m guessing they were unhappy with me breaking up their conversation by asking for some help.
The young girl that reluctantly helped me was not only rude but completely disinterested.

Poor and bad experience on Puppy training recently. My puppy did not receive the fair training opportunities in the training class (three dogs only). The trainer repeated to say that my puppy was nervous to her and cannot demonstrate and touch. Also, during the socialization period, the trainer requested my kids to hold my puppy away for those two puppies socializing only. My kids feel very upset and unhappy. Even not try, how can we improve and train the puppy. As a professional dog trainer, he/she can handle any dogs with issues, it is totally disappointed and unacceptable.

Quiet place to shop my pet stuff, like their adoption area and their glooming services are excellent.

Lots of parking and easy access, perfect location to chill out while my pet is having the full services there, thanks to all the staff.

Grooming at PETstock Mitcham:
When your companion/life partner of ten years is hit with a double whammy of two unconnected and life-ending conditions, you want her in the very best of hands, and not only for her veterinary care.
My Jazzy had drastic cancer surgery to remove half her lower jaw AND has degenerative myelopathy, an ever-worsening spinal paralysis. She is not in pain, but is now struggling with her mobility - and between physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and a battery of vet procedures and tests, I want her as comfortable and happy as she can be. I'm surprised that nobody has posted yet about PETstock Mitcham's grooming service. Though.it *is* a recent starter, and maybe that's why.
So I'm here to lavish a bit of praise where it is due: The lovely grooming team at Mitcham, Emily and Katie (and forgive me if I got that wrong) handle my girl with all the care I can ask for, and have her looking gorgeous (ok, I am biased, but they really do).

At a time when you're lucky to secure a grooming appointment less than three months out, around New Year, I was desperate to have Jazzy groomed in preparation for some major vet procedures. Sheer luck led me there. Which is why I call the caring and competent E & K, my "Christmas miracle".
Today was Jazzy's second session there, and she's now curled up snoozing near me, calm and comfortable.

Can be a bit pricey but to be expected.
My dog will drag me here if we walk nearby, it's her favourite place to visit.

There is plenty of parking here, either from the main road, or in the Coles carpark behind. The staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for a specific dog treat at the display stand that appeared out of stock, but she showed me another location where it was stocked. In addition, I enquired about a no-pull dog harness, and she discussed the benefits and differences between other harnesses. I also learned that if the harness didn't fit, I could bring it back - provided that there is a receipt and packaging (which happens to be the case). I've just moved to this area and look forward to shopping here more regularly.

Cecilia was absolutely fantastic.she sent me the specifics and i knew that this young lady knew what she was talking about.i got everything i needed from the one shop. Cecilia was extremely knowledgeable and was very accurate with my needs.she is certainly a very experienced team member, and i hope to deal with Cecilia for all of my aquarium needs in the future.

Hi I recently visited Pet Stock in Micham well what can I say the Staff were amazing so so helpful knowledgeable my purchase was quite large big fish tank and tank ornaments stones for bottom the bottom of the tank fish food and many other items.
I will be frequently going to that store because of the Staff knowledge customer service is second to none Matt and his colleague Celia fantastic people keep up the great guys see you soon very very happy customer lucky Fabulous Phil.

This is a fantastic pet supplies shop. The staff simply couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The range of supplies is wide. Heartily recommended.

I went in today looking for a chewing deterant for my cat. The employee was great at helping me choose a product, explaining how the product worked when I was unsure what would work. She also helped when my name didn't match up on my account with no hassle what so ever. She was very professional and I will be going to this store in the future due to the good service I received.

Good PETstock outpost. Layout is a little bit confusing / counterintuitive with items being split around the store (e.g. 3 locations for different types of cat food). Prices aren't really cheap compared to supermarkets but you can usually get a bigger range and sometimes sales on bulk purchases. Make sure you bring a carry bag as they only have $3 reusable bags.
